The perfect apartment for a beach holiday in Mondello - but Palermo is also super easy to reach by bus! Everything is clean, well equipped, just like in the pictures. Very friendly and accommodating hosts, with whom communication went smoothly. Highly recommended!!

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Perfect place to stay with family, friends... The villa is very spacious and clean with a private well-kept large patio... a great place to eat together... Everything you need is in the Villa. Close to Palermo attractions. Great bakery with confectionery, grocery stores and other nearby. The owners are very nice, helpful... Thank you for the sparkling Winko welcome and the opportunity to stay in such a charming place. With a clear conscience, we recommend the Villa and when we are in Palermo again, we will definitely visit it. Daniel

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Arianna’s place in Palermo and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped—everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Palermo with easy access to historic sites, great restaurants, markets, and local neighborhoods. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. Arianna was an exceptional host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. She provided excellent local recommendations that really enriched my experience, from places to eat to things to see off the beaten path. Her thoughtful communication made everything smooth and stress-free. If you're planning a trip to Palermo, I highly recommend Arianna’s place. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

The apartment was really perfect. Super equipped and the air conditioning was also great. With our rental car it was quite difficult to find a parking space, but the apartment would be easy to reach by metro.

Awesome place I would like it not to be too well known to have a chance of being able to return Just the switches are a little complicated for the light but we can manage!

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream! Armando also went above and beyond with communication and kindness and we really appreciate the great service and kind gestures

We stayed at the apartment for 5 days and it was perfect for our stay. had everything we needed for our stay and the host was very responsive and helpful with our stay. The apartment was very clean and the balcony was lovely.

Our family of 5 stayed here for three nights in early June. We cannot recommend this place more. Andrea was a fantastic host. Met us for checkin. Always responsive when we had questions. Even random Palermo ones. Before we stayed he was a big help in securing a spot at a lido on Mondello Beach. Gave us recommendations for dinner. Even helped us book a table for drinks at a popular rooftop terrace. Lastly when our car transfer driver stood us up as we checked out, Andrea quickly arranged for a replacement at a lower cost. You will not find a more gracious host. Apartment itself is wonderful. Large space. Clean. 3 full bathrooms and bedrooms. We had two adults plus 25/18/17 year olds. Lots of stairs to reach the front door but worth it. Right in the heart of the city. Can walk everywhere. So many restaurants and bars to choose from. You can’t go wrong here.

Guiseppe was a most gracious host. The one issue we had was resolved to our satisfaction and the apartment was the perfect place for our revival after a tour of Sicily. Highly recommended apartment with plenty of room.
