Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! I can’t express how much I’d love to return and relive this wonderful experience. Thank you Mona and Daniel for everything!

Apartment was great. Check-in directions were clear with a helpful video for parking. Apartment was clean and beds comfortable. Host was very quick to respond when I had questions.

We had a great stay at Sean & Danielle's place. They were super responsive when we asked to book their place very last minute due to our original plans falling through and the unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There was plenty of room for us, our dog, and our baby. The unit was also peaceful and despite being connected to the main house, we didn't hear a single thing the entire time we stayed. Sean & Danielle were also flexible with our dog and check-out was easy.

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

This place was exquisite! There was a lot of room to spread out and relax and to make ourselves at home. The host and cohost were very welcoming, responsive, and kind. The private garage was a huge bonus for security and convenience. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to make it ours for a week. The view is amazing and peaceful to sit back and sip a coffee in the morning. The street out front can be noisy with people cruising, but the host provides sound machines in every room, and little gift bags of ear plugs and a sleep mask (it looked like one, I didn’t open it as I travel with my own). They thought of everything. If I’m back in Long Beach again I’ll be looking to stay here before anywhere else.

Jordans place was awesome!!🤙🤙 The locations is amazing, great vibes, and he was an excellent host. Made sure we had everything we needed, gave us some great advice, and the upper unit we stayed at was clean, comfy, and safe! Look no further…10/10 would return.

Such a fun beach cottage to rent; Michael's home was so charming to stay at and you can tell that a lot of thought was put into the aesthetics, amenities, and convenience of what they offer their guests. The off-site parking was one block away and very easy to get to and in/out of and so much more convenient than trying to find street parking. The home inside was really lovely and in a great location; two blocks to the beach and in a fun part of town along Main Street with a lot of retail. I absolutely will be booking again when my travel brings me to the LA area!

I love the homeyness of the place and the outdoor spaces are unbeatable. The home has its quirks but that is to be understandable being by the beach and in a metro area. The bed and furniture are comfortable, the kitchen has what you need typically, and the garage is full of extra amenities including that very useful parking spot.

We were staying in Irvine for our son’s graduation from UCI. The home was convenient to campus, beaches, shopping and restaurants!! We highly recommend staying here with your family! We had more than enough room!! It was wonderful!

What a wonderful stay! After our roundtrip through West- USA we stayed here for one week. The house is modernly furnished and full equipped. It is very clean. To the beach you go 3 minutes, to restaurants 10 and to the pier 30 minutes. We took long walks on the beach and to great viewpoints on the cliffs. It was perfect for relaxing. Mia and here husband are very friendly persons and they gave us helpful tips. Mia made an exception and we could earlier do the Check-Inn. Mia also speaks german, great! We had a great stay at Amanda's condo. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, which we really appreciated. The location of the condo is excellent and the views are spectacular. The beach is a very short walk from the condo, which is well equipped with beach chairs and other beach amenities. The Stand is also right down the Hill, where one can bike or job along the Ocean. There were also several very good restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Overall, it's a great place to stay with a very cool feel in a really beautiful setting in a location that has a cool vibe and makes us want to come back someday.

The view of the beach and the glorious people watching was enough to earn my 5 stars but then we also received wonderful treatment! We were strugglebussing big time parking in the garage space provided (we aren't used to the tight parking that is typical in beach areas) and we were graciously offered and alternative without even having to ask. We were thoroughly happy with the place and would happily stay again!

Yese is a very responsive host. Her place was absolutely beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. I was able to cook several meals in the well stocked kitchen and it was easy to feel at home in this place. We would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this stunning property! The home was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. The location couldn’t have been better, with the beach just steps away. We really appreciated all the thoughtful extras like beach toys, chairs, and even a paddleboard! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, and they provided clear and detailed information that made everything easy. We’d love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Don't stay in one of the overpriced hotels in the area. This gem of an apartment was so much more roomier and more comfortable! Lots of thoughtful touches throughout, like places to plug in chargers, and hooks just where I wanted to hang my towel.

Pros: the place is very conveniently located, linens on the bed were so soft and comfortable. Kitchen had great appliances and amenities. Pool is heated and quite pleasant. Can walk to the Malibu Pier. Cons: beach felt isolated from the “action”, but for some this would be a positive since it’s pretty private. Biggest issue was cell service. Not home owners fault, but I have Verizon and had no service while in the condo. Like, no bars / SOS message. And then when I left the condo and went to the pool I had no WiFi or cell service. Not a huge deal but a minor inconvenience worth pointing out.
