The cottage, located on the outskirts of the village of Arnoltice, allows you to experience both a peaceful rest and relaxation, as well as an active holiday, due to its location at the foot of the forest. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Old container in the Zittau Mountains

Vacation with family and friends With much love, the original condition of the listed Umgebinde house from 1825 was restored. The two-story house can accommodate up to 11 people. In the old block parlor is the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy room with tiled stove. In addition, there is a large room for approx. 30 people. The natural garden with orchard can be used for barbecuing and relaxing. A ping pong table is available.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You can store and wash your bikes, park your car on the property and sit in the shade of a tree. The apartment is located on a separate floor of a family house with its own entrance. You can meet a cat and a dog in the yard, but they don't go into the apartment. Very cozy wooden house by the creek

Minimum stay: 2 nights. Dogs welcome and free of charge. The price includes: Final cleaning, tourist tax, water, sewage, bed linen (please bring towels). Not included in the price is the electricity consumption. We charge 30 cents per Kwh. For firewood our guests pay a daily fee of 10 Euro in the period from October 1 to April 30.
