Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Chamartín

Excellent place, very close to Chamartin and Plaza Castilla, easy to get everywhere. The place is very quiet and comfortable. Luis gave us excellent service. We would definitely come back

Although we could only stay one night, we felt at home. We were able to travel with our dog and Pablo, knowing that we were arriving late, made us the sofa bed. The area is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. I wish I could repeat soon!

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was very clean and cool (very necessary because of the heat). It was very well located to go to the Metropolitano (which was the reason for our trip). Virginia was super nice, she responded to everything very quickly, she gave us a lot of facilities both when entering and leaving. Highly recommended!!

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

Just like in the pictures. With everything you need to spend a few days in Madrid. A 5-minute walk from Ramón y Cajal Hospital. Recommended accommodation

location 25 min from downtown. super tidy house, good TV, good mattresses. Juan was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

The stay was perfect. The apartment was clean and comfortable for 5 people. Excellent bathrooms as well as the kitchen.

The apartment is well maintained. Communication with Clara was phenomenal and the location of the apartment next to a subway entrance was also great. I would definitely recommend it.

The apartment was very nice and clean they was many supermarket near ,good area and few coffee shops near by Paula vas really nice and respond to my messages very quick and very polite I highly recommend this place I will stay there again thank you very much Paula .

there is much bigger space than other apartments,with everything equipped. You can cook,work and enjoy as feel like at home. coffee machine with capsule is so good. All is perfect, except a little far away from bus stop and metro. but it is worthwhile.

Victoria's place is exactly as shown in the photos. It has blackout, which ensures you have a good night's sleep. We slept very well every night. The subway station is right in front, which ensures you'll get to the center in 30 minutes. We love this place.

A charming stay in Madrid. The Puente de Vallecas station is a few minutes' walk away, and there are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We stayed here looking for a place just to get to sleep, and it was too comfortable and complete. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, central, quiet, noise-free and very comfortable place. :)

Maria Jesus was a great host. She is very kind and attentive to all our needs. She has a great vibe and very welcoming. We loved the place and even tried to book it on our return trip but it was taken and I can see why. We were fortunate to not only find a great, quiet and roomy place with AC, but also met a great lady. Thank you Maria, I hope we meet again someday.

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives you a great peace of mind and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outside view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and would love to come back. I have no complaints, on the contrary!

The place is homey and spacious and well equipped. Great neighborhood with easy access to metro, shopping mall and local shops. Very nice and helpful neighbors and Jose was a star host, checking in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
