Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chamartín

Myself and 3 friends visited Madrid for a weekend trip, Eduardo's apartment was exactly what we were after. Was very easy to check in, and close by to the metro with a short journey into the city centre. 5 minute walk away from the Bernabau too if you are a football fan! The apartment was spotless, Eduardo was quick to respond with any messages, or questions. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return for a trip to Madrid, would recommend! Thanks again!

It will be my place in Madrid. Unlike depressing hotels, this place is cozy and close to everything.. specially El Retrio Park. Everything was clean, the apartment is good for two people. Check in and check out was super easy. Only problem there’s no ironing board.. other than that, everything was perfect.

We loved this place! It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It would be a great long term stay. Groceries, buses and metro right up the street. Easy commute to see the sights. We would stay here again and recommendz

Javier and Natalia’s place was as homey as it gets, it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect. It’s close to all the restaurants we wanted to try and nearby all the sights we wanted to visit, so we barely had to use transit. Communication could be a bit more consistent, but it was okay overall. What we appreciate most is that they accommodated us with an early check-in. When we arrived, we met Carmina, who was so welcoming and gracious toward our kids! We’d definitely stay there again!

Super comfortable apartment with all the services, very quiet

We had a wonderful stay at Fridas! The place is super comfortable and clean. The place is great ample space and has everything you require to have a great stay, even location was super for needs. Eventhough it was a quick stay we will definitely be coming back for a longer stay, completely worth it! One of my better stays found!

We were very comfortable in the apartment. Although there are two nightclubs nearby, they do not bother at all, it is a quiet neighborhood and is very close to subway line 3. It's a small but comfortable place, with everything you need. In addition, everything is perfectly clean. Lola has been a very kind and attentive host.

It was the best apartment we have stayed. The apartment is really big with great spots to hang out as a family. We feel we could live there easily. Alberto is extremely responsive, always communicating with us and very kind! We have only good things to say about this place.

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

All good. Comfortable shirts. The only thing we missed was trash bags, but otherwise great.

If there was a rating above 5, we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 beautiful terraces all very well equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! Excellent stay, very clean, very well equipped, perfect air conditioning. The location is great, very close to the subway. It met all expectations!! And Carmen is a very good host, she answered our questions very quickly, very loving and understanding.

Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in quiet spot just around the corner from all Madrid has to offer. Close to restaurants and bars and key sites. The apartment is comfortable with excellent air conditioning and good amenities. Nicely decorated.

We loved our stay at Marcelo's place! It was right in the heart of Madrid with beautiful views. The home was lovely and perfect for our family's visit. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

We are very pleased with our stay! The location is excellent and yet quiet.

The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in both rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Suitable for long stays for a couple.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
