The place is very nice. Free parking is great. Catherine & Steve are very nice and welcoming. It was a great stay for us!

It was a great Airbnb! We had a 6 month old and Clay was so accommodating. There was a crib, toys, extra sheets, baby shampoo/soap. We were grateful!

Our second stay at David’s place was very comfortable at this centrally located listing. We appreciated the spacious living room, clean kitchen, and walkable area. Check in and parking were also very easy. Highly recommend!

Its a family home at its finest at the heart of the city. North Hollywood. Peaceful neighborhood. Complete amenities, even kitchen utensils. We super loved the place, the interiors , the space everything. Cant wait to book again next time we visit USA. Thanks Sabrina for being a gracious host to us. Until next time.:)

We’re glad that we booked this place! It’s is located centrally to a lot of things you’d want to do in LA, and like other reviews mention, is on a nice, quiet street. We never struggled to find parking. Toni responds to most messages on the platform almost instantly, which is impressive. I appreciated the picture of the stuff in the closet for kids; saved us from needing to lug a stroller across the country.

I spent 3 nights at Melissa's place with my wife, my daughter and my 14 month old grandson. It was everything that we expected and more. The house was perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms were well laid out and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bathtub as well. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) We loved the neighborhood! It was so convenient for walking for everything we needed. There were quite a few choices for coffee shops in the morning and lots of great restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful take out dinner from Pine and Crane. Melissa was a great host and we would love to stay at her place again! -Peter

This was the best Airbnb I have stayed in yet! ... and I travel quite a bit! ... it is part of my job...as well as hobby! From check in to check out...the home itself...the pool and spa...the items provided...the attentiveness of Jorgen...simply a complete 5 star experience! I will be returning in the future! I booked this location for our 10th anniversary. I couldn’t believe it was available. When booking this location you are right in the hub of Malibu. Nobu is within walking distance, so is carbon beach. There is a balcony top where you can people watch. Also a private little outside area for yourself. They even offer a garage space which was really cool. Responses were quick and easy. I even booked an extra night pretty effortlessly. The Host Stay Awhile, Emily, Dan and Jelena are a great team have more locations and I will be renting from them again when the time aligns.

Same place we stayed last year. Will always pick it as the first option when traveling to Long Beach.

This listing was exactly what I paid for. It was very clean and spacious with a nice TV & fast internet. The host is extremely responsive and friendly even during late hours! I would definitely recommend this listing for anyone taking a trip down south.

A lovely 2 bedroom place in laid back Summerland, near Santa Barbara. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of needed coffee!! Everything was clean. The balcony off the bedrooms is delightful. My grandchildren loved the hammock and I enjoyed having a small table with chairs. The front patio was also lovely, especially since there was no eating table inside. For the fit (since the unit is on a steep hill), the little shopping district is close as is the beach (watch out for tar on the sand). The unit above was occupied but they were very quiet. We had a very relaxing time.

Great little spot to stay in Carpinteria. Less than a minute to walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to walk to downtown Carp.

Chandra was very quick in responding and very sweet! She did what was needed to make you feel at home. She also had procedures in place to help in the case you are allergic to cats, as I am, and if you follow them, you will not have any issues! Would definitely book again in the future.

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location and proximity to all entertainment and the beach. Only one recommendation: replace and/or fix the sliding door and sliding screen.
