Great stay! Very clean and in a safe area. The host's local food guide was great. We hit two of the restaurants he recommended and they were both excellent. The beach and a great deal of restaurants were all in walking distance.

This was a great place to stay! Matthew was very nice and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Everything was clean and organized and would for sure book again if we are ever in town again.

This is a great spot. Easy parking. Walking to the nearby shops and restaurants was so pleasant. Quiet neighborhood. Sweet family and pup. Nice little backyard oasis!

Sara and Sam were great hosts and their place was fantastic. We really appreciated their clear and responsive communication, would stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jacob’s space. It was three blocks from downtown and very easy to move around the area. They were wonderful host house was ex extraordinarily comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The space was cozy without feeling crap. We have plenty of room to unpack and plenty of room to move around. We had breakfast either in the dining area or out on the front patio every morning.

Hosts are super nice and very helpful! This was a perfect weekend stay!

The apartment has the essentials for your stay in the area: it is not big or fancy, but it is perfect if you just need a base to sleep while during the day you go to some events. The area around is pretty calm. The owner is always available via chat and was very quick in solving a problem I had. Definitely recommended.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mylbra’s place. It is definitely a pearl in LA area. The location is perfectly private, quiet and really safe. We had everything we needed at the unit. Mylbra was very responsive and super kind. Check in was easy and flexible. We loved the view, the pool and the patio, Mylbra’s wonderful dogs and also all the peacocks of the neighbourhood. We’ll definitely come again. Thank you so much Mylbra for letting us stay at your place!

Il parcheggio è comodo e gratuito, proprio nel vialetto davanti all’ingresso. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Lauren, una persona incantevole: è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, e abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il cestino di benvenuto con tanti snack, una sorpresa davvero gradita! L’arredamento della casa è di altissima qualità, scelto con grande gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera calda ed elegante. Il letto era molto comodo e anche il bagno si è rivelato pratico e confortevole, ben curato in ogni dettaglio. Questo alloggio rappresenta una vera oasi di relax e silenzio nel cuore di una città frenetica: lo consiglierei senza esitazioni.

Lovely place! Looks better in person and has a real homey feel to it, which makes you instantly comfortable. It also smelled really good upon entry which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend.

While we give Karen's place 5 stars, we would give more if there was the option! The studio is thoughtfully decorated with every detail. It is clear that she put her heart into decorating the unit. It is also pristine clean. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to prepare meals if you wish. The unit's bright lighting and view of the gardens make for a pleasant, peaceful stay. The neighborhood is amazing and we enjoyed walking to take in the architecture and landscaping. The location is ideal to many SoCal attractions. Finally, Karen is an amazing host. She is a responsive and accommodating communicator. She anticipates your every need.

Kelli was an amazing host - friendly, communicative, and so helpful and thoughtful. She made me feel right at home. I’d highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved the apartment! It’s in a beautiful and very clean neighborhood where we felt completely safe at all times. Parking was super easy, right in front of the door. The host was incredibly kind and always responded quickly. Check-in and check-out were smooth and totally uncomplicated. The apartment had everything we needed – we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

The place was fantastic. A little tricky to get to especially if coming from Malibu in the fog! Worth the trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely weekend in this beautiful studio home. The high ceilings and sweeping views of the canyon make it feel bright, airy, and dreamy. We loved waking up and watching the sunrise from bed. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. We had some issues with the internet/power but Kelli was responsive and helped us resolve them.

I had a lovely stay here. Michelle and as super helpful, welcoming and loved meeting her beautiful dogs. Lovely home, comfy bed, very clean, awesome shower and great kitchen. Has everything you need. Was so helpful to be able to do a load of sanding too. Would love to come back one day. 🙏☀️

This peaceful hideaway was the most gorgeous Bnb I’ve ever stayed at. Hayley is an extraordinary host, and provided not only a beautiful space but went above and beyond with amenities such as beach towels, coffee, tea, and extra linens available. She provided super helpful directions, and even reminded us to download offline maps ahead of our stay as this beautiful space is tucked in the mountains away from cell reception. She was even so kind as to accommodate a late checkout for us on short notice. My partner and I have already decided to rebook this Bnb for our future travels to LA! I cannot recommend this space enough, for the beautiful space, the gorgeous views, and our kind and helpful host Hayley. Thank you again!!

Simply the best. The photos can’t do justice to the sweeping canyon views, sunsets, or the local wildlife, birdsongs, and wildflowers. Billy, Lori, and their sweet dog Dora were so friendly and welcoming, they felt like family after 5 minutes. Location was ideal for us, about equidistant between Malibu and Thousand Oaks, and we spent a lot of time at the beaches but always looked forward to getting “home.” There are so many exquisite spots on the multiple patio decks to enjoy the fresh air and nature that you never relax the same way twice! It’s also located right near the Backbone Trail and we enjoyed hiking and running several sections of it. Oh and can’t forget the bed— it’s a literal dream. I think I had some of the best sleep of my life here. Overall 10/10. Great panoramas, great price point, great people. We will be back.

This is our destination in Thousand Oaks! Our 4th time here (I think..:) Don’t hesitate to book. I left feeling refreshed, recharged.. and not wanting to leave actually. The gardens, the pool, the shower, the massage chair, Dan, and Millie and Ashley make this place hands-down my favorite Airbnb. My son agrees! We love it here and we know you will too!

The unit was super clean and perfect for what we needed. We were doing Disneyland for two days, so we mostly slept there and had breakfast there. It’s a perfect location for getting to the theme parks and the beaches. Having a washer and dryer was awesome before we moved on to our next stop.
