Cocooned by tall bamboo plants to the east, screening the main grounds to give privacy. From the terrace are southerly views over the surrounding countryside, with its fields of sunflowers and vines, down the valley of the river Seugne. Originally used as a stables and later to store walnuts, the 3 buildings on-site have been converted to provide secluded and comfortable living accommodation. With its own private jacuzzi and sauna it provides the perfect romantic getaway throughout the year.

Le Chais is our lovingly restored distillery, an independent house for guests in the grounds of our property. We have brought what was an unused wreck up to its current state, offering really spacious, elegant accommodation in a truly idyllic setting. Surrounded by vines, in the heart of the Grand Champagne region of Cognac, we can guarantee you a quiet, restful escape. We are permanently resident in the main house so are able to give you as much or little interaction as you wish.

Welcome to this place as relaxing as it is fun! Detached house with swimming spa, hammam, 5 different bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room kitchen, air conditionning, a garden with ventriglisse of 35m, full of surprises.... Suitable for all audiences but if you want to come with children, one of the rooms is not for them: it is locked but I would like you to contact me before we agree! We are Jean, Florence and our dog Tiago. We welcome you to our fully renovated former outbuilding. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.
