Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

Everything was perfect. One of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect and apt itself was in this wonderful secluded courtyard. Apt better in person than even the great pictures show. Will definitely be back here next time in Berlin.

A lovely house to visit Berlin but to relax after a long day. The area is green and tranquil. For a combined travel group ideal that the house has two bathrooms. Lidl is around the corner and a nice Greek restaurant also nearby. Nice big kitchen with a lot of utilities. Definitely a recommendation.

A very lovely, quiet place to stay in beautiful surroundings. My two young kids loved entertaining themselves the toys and there was plenty of space. I loved to have a cup of coffee in the beautiful dining room looking out on the garden. The grocery store around the corner was very convenient. The home is just as lovely at the pictures and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Berlin. The host was kind and responsive.

Loved loved the location! So easy to stroll to great restaurants and shops. We also loved the personality and charm of this space. Susanne went the extra mile in making the studio feel nice and welcoming. Cooking was easy and the backyard space was cozy!

We had a great week at Edith's house. In front of and behind the house, there is the possibility to sit outside. The location in the countryside was just the thing if you come from the city like we do. Potsdam and the Wannsee are around the corner, and the city center of Berlin is a little further. The house was super clean, very spacious, everything was perfectly prepared. Communication with Edith was straightforward and very warm. When we locked ourselves out, we were quickly let back in. Thank you again for that :) We immediately felt very comfortable and would come back anytime! Great accommodation!

We felt very comfortable in Wanda's house and the children had a lot of fun with the toys in the house and garden. Subway and shopping are in the immediate vicinity and the lake is also within walking distance. We will be happy to come back. 😃

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

We stayed with our two children in the apartment of Arzu and Tom and felt completely comfortable. The two provided us with all the important information before arrival and informed us about the exact process. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given the latest hints, including tips for the physical well-being in the area. The apartment is equipped with all the important utensils and in addition with great children's books that our youngest has devoured directly. Typical old building with beautiful wooden floorboards - accordingly, it sometimes squeaks and you can hear the neighbors. City location with normal traffic noise. The Sprengelkiez offers some restaurants, bars and cafes where you can spend your time wonderfully and it's not as crowded as other neighborhoods. The connection to public transport is very good (subway 3 minutes, bus 2 minutes by foot) We will be happy to come back!

Our stay was short but very pleasant! The location was ideal for us, as we could park well and were on site in a short time both to the Waldbühne and to the city center. The check in was super easy to handle and we were very satisfied with the communication with Mr. Lappe. Thank you very much and we will come back when we are in Berlin.

Max’s place is truly incredible and a gem. A huge and beautiful apartment that I honestly felt sad leaving at the end of my week. The location is perfect and I felt immediately at home. I enjoyed waking up to the sun hitting the huge windows and going out to eat in their private balcony. Can’t recommend this place more!!

A charming apartment, quite spacious and very well equipped, close to a park and public transport. Our stay went very well, the check-in and check-out instructions as well as all communication with Johannes were very clear. A great, spacious apartment in a peaceful suburb. The instructions given by Mark were excellent, and he was very helpful when I had to call him directly about something. The sushi bar around the corner was a real treat too

A perfect spot for exploring Berlin! With a bus right out front, we could get everywhere super easily. The condo was spacious and airy; lovely spot to spend the mornings and evenings before and after roaming the streets of Berlin. We also enjoyed nearby spots we uncovered - a farmer’s market, the KaDeWe Food Court, great Vietnamese food, an outdoor bar area, the zoo….you name it. Everything was nearby. Truly enjoyed our stay and exploring nearby and far away! Berlin was great, as was this lovely spot to stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at Simon's, we love this apartment, spacious, quiet, very well equipped, clean and very well located! Simon is a friendly, responsive and accommodating host! We will definitely come back next year! We recommend this listing!

I don’t even know where to start. 100/5 stars. This was the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Erzsebet and Andreas are simply lovely. It really was like staying with my grandparents. There is a lovely garden and the location is super quiet, yet very convenient to the airport. I rode there in around 30 minutes. It takes about an hour on Public Transit to the city centre. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The kindness and generosity of the hosts is absolutely amazing. Maybe I looked skinny after 10 weeks of Bikepacking - food kept magically appearing. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options in the immediate area. No issues with me having a bicycle with me either.

Spent a nice week in the cozy apartment in Tempelhof. The apartment is lovingly, stylishly and practically furnished, with everything you could need. The view from the third floor into the green and quiet backyard with the large trees is a treat after an eventful day in the city center. Chilling and cooking is fun here. Several parks can be reached on foot in this quiet neighborhood. The hosts provide information on locations for shopping, dining & culture. Inquiries were answered quickly and courteously. Wonderful all around, makes you want to come back and recommend it to others.

Axel's appartment was spotless and very comfortable, and Axel was a very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

We had a nice time at Anke's place. The communication was great, the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We liked the apartment very much, Anke provided us with a high chair and children's cutlery, some toys and a few children's books were also on site. Breakfast on the balcony was definitely a highlight, all in all we were very satisfied and would come again!

This is a beautiful place in a beautiful part of Berlin! Sunlit and cosy, lots of heart in the flat! The only minor downside for me personally was the quite firm bed which is totally subjective and not a knock on the place, just if you are into soft beds and want to stay longer, this might not be your place. This is a 1A AirBnB place! Totally recommended!
