Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

A lovely house to visit Berlin but to relax after a long day. The area is green and tranquil. For a combined travel group ideal that the house has two bathrooms. Lidl is around the corner and a nice Greek restaurant also nearby. Nice big kitchen with a lot of utilities. Definitely a recommendation.

A very lovely, quiet place to stay in beautiful surroundings. My two young kids loved entertaining themselves the toys and there was plenty of space. I loved to have a cup of coffee in the beautiful dining room looking out on the garden. The grocery store around the corner was very convenient. The home is just as lovely at the pictures and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Berlin. The host was kind and responsive.

Warm welcome, accommodation in accordance with the photos, clear instructions and recommendations. We had a great stay, the only downside was the window curtains not opaque enough, which woke us up from the beginning of the day. In my opinion, an effort should be made in this regard.

I can recommend Susanne's accommodation to anyone who has an artistic heart. The studio is located in the backyard and is therefore very quiet. All necessary shops are within walking distance. There are also nice cafés, restaurants and shops on Akazienstr. Susanne is an excellent host, open, warm and very likeable. I will definitely come back and am already looking forward to it. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable in Wanda's house and the children had a lot of fun with the toys in the house and garden. Subway and shopping are in the immediate vicinity and the lake is also within walking distance. We will be happy to come back. 😃

Carolina’s house is absolutely beautiful. Very convenient for S bahn train and Olympic stadium. But that doesn’t do it justice the house is charming and in a beautiful green setting very peaceful. The rooms are all very well equipped and Carolina was so helpful we had some great restaurant recommendations she really is a super host. Thank you so much

We stayed with our two children in the apartment of Arzu and Tom and felt completely comfortable. The two provided us with all the important information before arrival and informed us about the exact process. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given the latest hints, including tips for the physical well-being in the area. The apartment is equipped with all the important utensils and in addition with great children's books that our youngest has devoured directly. Typical old building with beautiful wooden floorboards - accordingly, it sometimes squeaks and you can hear the neighbors. City location with normal traffic noise. The Sprengelkiez offers some restaurants, bars and cafes where you can spend your time wonderfully and it's not as crowded as other neighborhoods. The connection to public transport is very good (subway 3 minutes, bus 2 minutes by foot) We will be happy to come back!

Our stay was short but very pleasant! The location was ideal for us, as we could park well and were on site in a short time both to the Waldbühne and to the city center. The check in was super easy to handle and we were very satisfied with the communication with Mr. Lappe. Thank you very much and we will come back when we are in Berlin.

A charming apartment, quite spacious and very well equipped, close to a park and public transport. Had an amazing stay

The spacious, comfortable flat, and especially the wonderful Frank, made our first time in Berlin so sweet and ever so memorable.

Dario is very nice and considerate. The environment is wonderful. Close to metro station and supermarket.

Ascension Day again, Congress in Berlin again, going with the whole family again. The booking was flexibly resolved with Dagmar. Erik was flexible with the key handover, which then went very quickly...You know everything. That's right. We have been there every year for many years, we like to come back, we enjoy the familiarity. Our daughter moves around the apartment and the surrounding area as if it were second nature, and she knows everything. Home is where all devices know the wifi. We are always happy. Thank you

A great, spacious apartment in a peaceful suburb. The instructions given by Mark were excellent, and he was very helpful when I had to call him directly about something. The sushi bar around the corner was a real treat too

I don’t even know where to start. 100/5 stars. This was the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Erzsebet and Andreas are simply lovely. It really was like staying with my grandparents. There is a lovely garden and the location is super quiet, yet very convenient to the airport. I rode there in around 30 minutes. It takes about an hour on Public Transit to the city centre. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The kindness and generosity of the hosts is absolutely amazing. Maybe I looked skinny after 10 weeks of Bikepacking - food kept magically appearing. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options in the immediate area. No issues with me having a bicycle with me either.

Spent a nice week in the cozy apartment in Tempelhof. The apartment is lovingly, stylishly and practically furnished, with everything you could need. The view from the third floor into the green and quiet backyard with the large trees is a treat after an eventful day in the city center. Chilling and cooking is fun here. Several parks can be reached on foot in this quiet neighborhood. The hosts provide information on locations for shopping, dining & culture. Inquiries were answered quickly and courteously. Wonderful all around, makes you want to come back and recommend it to others.

Two-week retreat? Nailed it. If peace&quiet is your love language, you’ll vibe with this place. River + green embankment = open-air office, running track, and relaxation zone in one. Inside, the apartment scores high on the hygge scale: comfy, charming, and blessed with solid internet (my online classes said thank you). Add two mega-stores, a café constellation, and a jungle’s worth of trees, and you’re set. Sure, the centre’s a stroll away, but that only boosted my step count and zen levels. This is a beautiful place in a beautiful part of Berlin! Sunlit and cosy, lots of heart in the flat! The only minor downside for me personally was the quite firm bed which is totally subjective and not a knock on the place, just if you are into soft beds and want to stay longer, this might not be your place. This is a 1A AirBnB place! Totally recommended!

The apartment was clean, very cozy and nicely decorated. There was everything you needed. We especially liked the surroundings. There are numerous restaurants, cafés and small shops on the street. In addition, the area is very green and the Mauerpark is just around the corner. Atto was very friendly and helpful. So there's nothing to complain about, everything was great. Thank you! 😊

The apartment was exactly like the photos, very clean and well organised. The check in was easy and the location was great - a minute away from the S-bahn and bus station.Close to many shops and restaurants. The host was very friendly and responsive, check out was flexible for which I was very grateful. Given the chance, I would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend it.
