Nice, simple, modern accommodation. Newly converted with dome evidence of ongoing works outside. Peaceful countryside location, good for La Régulante Cycleway. Supermarket about 1 km away.

Accommodation as described, nothing to say! It is clean, convenient and close to the city center. It has all the necessities. Richard gave very clear instructions and is very responsive. I would recommend it without a second thought!

I spent 2 nights in this small studio, everything was great! Great location in the cobbled streets of Laval, behind the castle. Everything nearby. A private courtyard that feels good, where you can sit or eat. I think that in summer, the cool side of the accommodation and the private terrace do a lot of good! Several lights in the accommodation, which gives a good atmosphere. And I slept very well in the bed. So very good stay, thank you!

An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

Very nice bright Lots of nice little details. The small coffee pod has a linen with a. Very good smell of. Coffee pod, everything you need is available. 1 hour from Mont St Michel and St Malo. The city of Trivé is beautiful and worth visiting. Very pleasant stay.

Very clean, well-equiped studio in the heart of the historic center. Easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Very quiet as it faces a courtyard and not the street. Easy check out. (Only cautionary note is accessing the bed requires a ladder climb up to a low-ceiling loft, which for anyone with mobility issues would be a challenge.) Finally, appreciated the personal greeting and timely communication with the host Valerie. Highly recommend!

I did not stay long because it was to spend the night there after a wedding the day before. So I arrived late. But the information was given to me during the day and as I could not give the time of arrival, the hosts were very accommodating. The accommodation is large, clean and bright. I slept very well. It was perfect.

We spent 2 nights in the Soleil Levant room which is tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the surrounding environment and enjoyed the jacuzzi as well as the sauna available to us in the common areas. Jessica's welcome and communication were very warm. We recommend it 200%.

Excellent accommodation, very good quality amenities. Sick hot tub, being accustomed to renting this style of accommodation, this is the first time I see a hot tub of this size. Élodie is very responsive. Nothing to say excellent!!!
