The studio is attached to our home and is fully independent. It is located in the city center of Châteaubriant, a 5-minute walk from the town hall and the Étang de Choisel, a 10-minute walk from the castle, and close to the greenways (which are delightful). Despite the proximity to the city center, the street has very little traffic and is very quiet. You will have private parking in front of the studio and a small outdoor area. GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

You can enjoy a terrace to eat or relax and an outdoor area of 3800 m2 with swimming pool (from May 29 to September 27). Our house is also on this property.
