Située à trois minutes à pied d’un arrêt de bus menant à la gare de Châtellerault en moins de 10 minutes. Le futuroscope se trouve à 20 minutes en voiture. La maison est composée d’un espace salon/salle à manger avec un clic-clac, d’une kitchenette et d’une grande chambre avec douche et WC. Idéale pour un couple, voire une famille avec un ou deux enfants.

Notre appartement se situe au rez de chaussée d'un ancien moulin, situé au bord de la rivière. Le hameau est à 2 km à Châtellerault Sud, sortie autoroute, juste avant le Futuroscope. C'est un endroit très calme, entouré de verdure et situé en bordure de rivière. Le département de la Vienne est riche de sites touristiques. L'appartement est chaleureux et refait entièrement avec jolies prestations. Les propriétaires seront présents pour accueillir les hôtes.

A garage is available if you want to put equipment or a 2-wheeler in it. The Space: An open living-dining room and a beautiful equipped kitchen. 2 beautiful bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed (+1 pull-out bed) and a desk.
