Charming and pleasant house in which we felt at home. It is very well located, right in the heart of the village, right next to local shops while being quiet. Manue was very hospitable and friendly. Thank you for this very pleasant family stay.

We spent two wonderful days here. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within the city, featuring a lovely and cozy little courtyard. The interior is filled with adorable ceramic artworks made by DOM. She warmly welcomed us—she is incredibly talkative and knowledgeable, fluently introducing the history of Poitiers and sharing her own experiences in English. She was like a fascinating storybook. At the same time, she was also a perfect listener, always eager to appreciate our stories. Our room is upstairs, with a window overlooking a view as beautiful as an oil painting. The room itself was clean, tidy, and fully equipped, making us feel as comfortable as at home. We were truly reluctant to leave when the time came. We sincerely wish the elegant lady healthy and happy evey single day!

We booked this beautiful house for the 2nd time. Top communication and warm welcome. This house with incredible charm is perfectly located in Vivonne. Nearby are shops, restaurant etc. The city center is very nice and typical. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time in the townhouse of Florent, house located in the ancient medieval city of La Roche-Posay, a very quiet place close to shops and others where it is good to live. Very nice city to discover inhabited by very welcoming people. We will come back next year at Florent's...why look elsewhere when we are good where we were

We had a very pleasant stay in Guenaelle's accommodation and will gladly come back, the house is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable, Marion who welcomed us is very responsive and friendly.

We had a great time at Samuel's place. Everything is as advertised. The house is recently renovated, very clean, well-equipped and very pleasant. It is close to the train station (less than 10 minutes' walk) and the city center. Possibility of free parking nearby (less than 5 minutes' walk) We recommend Samuel's place.

I booked Anne-Lise’s home in Chauvigny for accommodation for an overflow of guests at our holiday home. It was decorated beautifully and my guests were very happy and comfortable there. The lovely garden with it’s three seating areas was welcome relief in the heat. Parking was easy. There was also the added benefit of air conditioning in the bedroom upstairs. Anne-Lise was readily available and checkin and out were straight forward. I would definitely book this property again! Thankyou Anne-Lise!

Great property for large party of friends. All rooms having their own toilets/showers was really good for a large group. Very close to walk to main parts of Poitiers and short distance from airport. Guillaume was very responsive and helpful. All round great property for visiting Poitiers. The food and snacks that are available at the property was a little confusing, would have preferred just a small welcome pack to get you started with.

Ideally located accommodation in a charming village, with nice walks to do on foot in the surroundings. Futuroscope is not very far, which is a real plus. The accommodation is spacious and perfectly suited to accommodate our whole family. I highly recommend it. Thank you for this pleasant stay.

Pretty house on two floors (steep staircase for people with reduced mobility attention), typical of Loches and a stone's throw from its dungeon and a 5-10min walk from the city center. Very pleasant high garden when the weather is nice, with views of the city and the sunset, ideal for a good quiet barbecue and without disturbing the neighborhood. Lovely host and responsive to our questions / needs. Only small black dot: the outdoor kitchen was not very clean, presumably little used in recent months. But nothing to taint the stay!

A great short stay in this charming house. The family home spirit is there, with all the character of the old but the comfort of quality bedding! We only missed the sun that didn't deign to show the tip of his nose...

House in a good location, quiet, ideal for 6 people. Parking right across the street, bakery too, very convenient. Julien is very responsive and accommodating, reasonable price. We can only recommend!
