The 25 m2 studio, in the basement and very cool in summer, is composed of a bedroom area, a kitchenette, a shower and toilet in the main room. TV present, terrace upstairs. It is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the medieval city of Chauvigny, 25 minutes from the Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Poitiers and Châtellerault, 20 minutes from Civaux and on the Scandiberian Way.

Idéalement situé pour un séjour reposant et pratique, ce studio est votre refuge parfait après une journée d'aventure. Tout le confort est présent : draps, serviettes, shampooing, café, machine à laver, Wi-Fi... Nous avons hâte de vous accueillir!

Beautiful accommodation located in a historic building (known as the "Camp of the Cloth of Gold"). You'll be captivated by its breathtaking view of the 12th-century Palace of the Dukes of Aquitaine and its view of the medieval town center. Everything you need for an ideal stay will be provided and we will be happy to accommodate your needs at any time! Please note, it is located on the 4th floor (the view and brightness come at a price...), and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Refait entièrement à neuf pour mieux vous accueillir. Vous y trouverez un lit king size en 160/200 avec son sur matelas bambou naturel. Serviettes de bains non fournies. Le linge de lit, les oreillers, la couette, papier toilette et savon seront fournis . Tout le nécessaire y'est : micro ondes, machine à café, frigo, tv full hd, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine. L'appartement se trouve à 10mn à pied du futuroscope, et dispose d'1 place parking gratuit. Location non fumeur et sans internet.
