The 25 m2 studio, in the basement and very cool in summer, is composed of a bedroom area, a kitchenette, a shower and toilet in the main room. TV present, terrace upstairs. It is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the medieval city of Chauvigny, 25 minutes from the Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Poitiers and Châtellerault, 20 minutes from Civaux and on the Scandiberian Way.

Beautiful accommodation located in a historic building (known as the "Camp of the Cloth of Gold"). You'll be captivated by its breathtaking view of the 12th-century Palace of the Dukes of Aquitaine and its view of the medieval town center. Everything you need for an ideal stay will be provided and we will be happy to accommodate your needs at any time! Please note, it is located on the 4th floor (the view and brightness come at a price...), and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Bed linen, pillows, duvet, toilet paper and soap will be provided. Everything you need is there: microwave, coffee machine, fridge, full HD TV, dishes, cooking utensils. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Futuroscope, and has 1 free parking space. Non-smoking rental and no internet.
