Come and make a bucolic stop in our pretty 16th century cottage, fully restored with its exposed stones. It is located in a village on the banks of the Loire, classified as a "village of character". From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

The Kingfisher - A house on the Loire's banks

The "Kingfisher" is the perfect place from which to discover the beauty of the Loire Valley. The Loire flows directly by the foot of this two hundred year old house, which is located in the picturesque village of Chênehutte. After a peaceful night’s rest you can go for a bike ride in the countryside, along the Loire, in the forest or simply rest under a parasol while listening to the river and observing its beautiful flora and fauna. Perhaps, if you are lucky, you might even see a kingfisher!

Charming accommodation, complete on 3 levels with private courtyard, terrace and shed for your bikes or motorcycle. On the ground floor living room of 30 m2 (kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine) and adjoining cellar. On the 1st floor, master suite (dressing room and bathroom). On the 2nd floor two small bedrooms in row and small shower room. The whole is attached to our property. Possibility of access to the park (shared space), Presence of animals (dog, goats, chickens...)

Bienvenue au gîte de l’écuyer . Cadre exceptionnel pour cette maison individuelle au cœur du village, avec son jardin privatif. Promenades en forêt à partir de votre gîte. Découverte du land art, du sentier botanique de 30 mn environ, randonnées de 1h à 4h où plus avec le GR au pied du château. Restauration aux caves de Marson délicieux restaurant troglodytique de fouées (à 1mn à pied) . Visite du Cadre noir à 5mn. A 10 mn de la Loire, de Saumur et de ses nombreux sites touristiques.

Cécile and Yannick will welcome you in a quiet and peaceful environment in the heart of the Saumurois vineyards between Brézé and Fontevraud-l'Abbaye. Many tours, activities and hikes are possible in the surrounding area. (Castles, Center Parcs, troglodyte sites, winemakers, markets...) a private garden of 400 m² (swing, garden furniture, barbecue) Parking on the property

Ideally located with magnificent views of the Loire from the balcony, the apartment is close to the restaurants and bars of Place Saint Pierre as well as its Saturday morning market and the "La Loire à Vélo" route. Semi-troglodyte gîte for 5 people near Saumur and Doué

Vous apprécierez mon logement pour l'emplacement et l'ambiance. C'est une maison ancienne en pierres de tuffeau située au cœur d'une cour troglodytique. Le gîte dispose d'une cuisine aménagée et très bien équipée mais aussi d'une cour extérieure avec terrasse (barbecue,salon de jardin). Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et les compagnons à quatre pattes.

Between Saumur and Doué-la-Fontaine, come and rest in the countryside, in a troglodyte environment, surrounded by flowers. Very touristy region: close to the Bioparc of Doué-la-Fontaine, troglodytes, vineyards, castles. The Cadre Noir of Saumur, sparkling wines, banks and landscapes of the Loire, charming villages. We will be happy to host you in our cottage, an old house from 1824 (semi-troglo) in tuffeau stone completely renovated.

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
