The accommodation consists of a living room/kitchen and 2 bedrooms with double beds. There are stairs to climb to the living room/kitchen, as well as into the bedrooms. The beds are made before your arrival , and towels are made available in the bathroom . Parties and parties are not allowed

Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

The house is located 3 kilometers from the village of Chevillé, in the countryside, in the middle of the fields. The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. It offers the charm of the old and offers the comfort of modernity for 4 to 6 people (including 2 to 4 children), in a quiet environment, with a 5000 m2 enclosed garden and a small pond. The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
