In the heart of Sarthe, 15 minutes from Sablé, 25 minutes from Le Mans by highway and 40 minutes from the Zoo de la Flèche. Located in a quiet village. The accommodation consists of a living room/kitchen and 2 bedrooms with double beds. There are stairs to climb to get to the living room/kitchen, as well as to the bedrooms. Beds are made before your arrival, and towels are available in the bathroom. Parties and other events are not permitted.

The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. We offer you a quiet and pleasant, independent and recently restored accommodation, within our farm. You will have a living room with a 90 bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor and a large mezzanine-bedroom (1 bed 140 1 bed 90 cm). The accommodation is located in the courtyard of our manor, rebuilt at the end of the 16th century. Guests can enjoy our swimming pool (between May and September).

Located 30 minutes from Le Mans (24 Hours Circuit) and 30 minutes from the La Flèche ZOO, you will find everything you need within 5 minutes (Pizzeria, Bakery, Supermarket...). Accommodation fully refurbished in 2021. Our 4-legged friends are welcome, as long as you don't leave them alone in the accommodation.

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.

On your terrace, your private jacuzzi invites you to relax in 37°C water and enjoy a privileged view of nature.
