Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chios

Ariettta is an excellent host, he greeted us when we first arrived and took us to the house and placed it. She always answered our questions very quickly. As for the house, it is a house beyond perfect. 10 minutes by car to the center. Highly recommend. If we go to the island of Chios again, we will stay there again.

This place was absolutely spotless. Private parking was a plus. Communication with Issidoros was fantastic. Rodope went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We are touched by your kindness and hospitality, you made our visit extraordinary, thank you!

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

We were quite satisfied with our staying at Konstantinos House. Kalamoti is a wonderful place, full of historical value and peaceful vibe. Konstantinos is a very kind person, ready to answer all our questions, facilitate his guests staying plus the house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to going back again. I hope we will.

The most perfect apartment right on the water. Totally exceeded all expectations. Spacious, well located, and equipped with anything you might need.

A lovely stone house, newly renovated, in the medieval old town of Kalamoti. The 1-bedroom house is spacious, has a full kitchen, and a pretty little outdoor sitting area in the back. With its thick stone walls, the house was very cool, even when it was very hot outside. Parking is very easy, and the house is just a 1 minute walk away. Dimitris is quick to respond to all messages, and it was nice to be welcomed in person on arrival. Kalamoti is well located--a short drive to visit the various Masticha villages, and only 3 kms from Komi beach, 5 kms from Mavra Volia. The most magical part of staying in Dimitris's place though is stepping out the front (or back) door for evening walks through the streets of the ancient town.

We accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. The house is very large, each room has air conditioning, and each floor has a bathroom. The host was really helpful. He helped us find a very affordable car rental. The house is in a very clean and quiet peaceful location. All the items you need are available. You can stay with the peace of mind of a great host

The communication with the host was excellent. We were able to check in early and check out later than mentioned. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions immediately. The house is very very cute and as shown in the photos. The location is super peaceful with very nice garden area and amazing view ! The house is small but very neat. It has everything you need. The village around has two restaurants (that we saw) but no shops so be prepared and do your shopping in the centre of Chios. You definitely need a car as there is no transportation (we didnt see anthing) but there are very beautiful beaches on the west side of the island which are 15-20 min drive away from the house. The parking was also very easy, the restaurant just next to the house has a free parking area. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed it very very much and thinking of coming back later on again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Maria’s house is located in the heart of Volissos on a very cute square under the castle. The apartment is spacious, clean and renovated with taste. The balcony and common pool in the backyard were a real plus in summer ! We loved our week there, special thanks to the housekeeper who welcomed us warmly and did an amazing job : the house was spotless, cleaned every day.

Ploumi’s place was fantastic, definetly better than the photos! It was super clean and she was very kind. The house has a nice view, and there are lovely beaches that we walked to (15 or 30 mins).

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely home in one of the best spots in Chios. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Everything was smooth, and we felt truly well taken care of. Thanks again for the warm hospitality!

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

We were satisfied with flexible check-in, luggage drop-off, smiling faces, cleanliness, and communication. Our suitcases, which we had left before our initiative, were taken up to our room.

It’s a wonderful place to stay! The hosts are so sweet and always responsive. 10 minute walk to the beach and town and some restaurants, and we rented a car for everything farther. Completely recommend!

This year was the second year that I stayed at this particular location hosted by Tugce. She is fantastic. She responds promptly to questions and requests.

We were absolutely happy with everyone and everything. We highly recommend this place. Very attentive and always was responsive. The apartment was spacious and clean.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Expectations were more than met. The location is perfect (right on the Chios Fortress, close to the harbor) to explore the town of Chios, which has some very good restaurants and bars, on foot. The apartment itself is brand new furnished with high quality branded products. In addition, from coffee to milk & water, everything is there for a good start. The hostess is also very friendly and flexible, easily accessible, and very helpful. A very clear recommendation! Also for families (we: two adults, two children), as there are two beds in a separate room. Glad to come back!

it was a lovely holiday, the house is really close to city center and easy to find parking place near to the house. the owner helps a lot to us and have so many good recommendations about the island, places and beaches.

The apartment has two rooms, we stayed with 4 people very comfortably, we sat on the balcony in the evening and spent time. It was a house that reflected the spirit of the island. The house was extremely central, very close to the shopping street, the beach and restaurants. The house was clean, there were facilities in the kitchen to meet all our needs. We had no problems, the house was in a decent place. Our host, Ms. Tuğçe, is a very caring and friendly person who thinks about every detail. We thank him for helping us to enjoy our holiday.
