Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.

Si puó comodamente parcheggiare fuori o dentro in uno spazio privato. Io vivo al piano di sopra per ogni necessità.
