Wow! Where to begin with this place. It was such a wonderful stay in a beautifully quaint location, close enough to essential amenities but far enough from hustle and bustle for a truly relaxing holiday away. Stefano was beyond the most helpful airbnb host we’ve experienced! Met us in town to take us to the place, offered fruit, veg and herbs from his home-grown garden and even helped us take our cases back to our car which we decided to park a little further away due to the very steep narrow hill to get to the location. Nothing that bothered us at all though, it was amazing and worth every penny!

Villa oli aivan upea, kauniisti sisustettu, vieraiden tarpeet otettiin kaikessa huomioon. Paolo isäntänä oli mahtava, kyseli tarpeitamme, vastasi heti viesteihin ja järjesti meille villalle upean yksityiskokin ja he kokkasivat meille sisilialaisen upean, ylellisen aterian. Uima-allas, kylpyhuoneiden ja makuuhuoneiden määrä, kaikki oli aivan täydellistä!

What a special place 🧡 Stunning location within a family home of 300 years. Gorgeous views, heart warming rustic charm, ancient olive groves, a pool to cool down in, little homemade treats from Iryna’s Mum, freshly laid eggs…the list goes on! Iryna was an amazing host, welcoming, super helpful, brilliant communicator and caring. Nothing was too much trouble and she went the extra mile several times. We love love loved it. It would have been helpful to know that the second bedroom has both the kitchen and bathroom off it. We were with close family and friends so we made it work for us. A big warm thank you for a special time ♥️

**5-Star Review: A Slice of Sicilian Paradise** We spent an unforgettable week in June at *Villa in Campagna con Piscina* and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were completely enchanted by the stunning beauty of the home and the surrounding gardens. The villa is even more gorgeous than the pictures—tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and filled with charm. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure comfort and relaxation. The gardens are a true highlight—lush, colorful, and meticulously maintained. Waking up each morning to the sound of birdsong and the scent of blooming flowers was pure magic. The pool area is equally serene and private, perfect for lounging in the sun or enjoying a quiet swim under the Sicilian sky. What makes this place truly special, though, are the hosts, Anna and Sergio. They are incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Their hospitality made us feel more like family than guests. F

Een stukje paradijs in Sicilië! Een heerlijk huisje om uit te rusten na allerlei leuke uitstapjes in de buurt. Het zwembad en het fenomenale zicht waren fantastisch, net zoals het bezoek van de kat & de schattige ezeltjes. Ute reageerde snel & was heel erg behulpzaam, alle restaurants die ze aanraad zijn een echte must! Als we nog eens terugkomen, zouden we niet twijfelen om hier terug te verblijven. Ute & haar huisje kregen meer sterren indien het kon!

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Pietro ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er kontaktiert Proaktiv und gibt in wenigen Minuten Rückmeldung. Er ist super aufmerksam und man merkt, dass ihm das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste an erster Stelle steht. Er hat klare Anweisungen zum Checkin/Checkout gegeben und hat uns viele Empfehlungen ausgesprochen. Auf dem Grundstück wohnt noch Mr. Hagie. Hier müssen wir noch ein besonderes Lob ausrichten! Man merkt überhaupt nicht, dass er da ist und ist dennoch in wenigen Sekunden vor Ort wenn etwas benötigt wird! Er ist super freundlich und man hat sich gerne mit ihm ausgetauscht. Der Außenbereich inklusive Pool waren durchgehend auf Perfektion sauber, da Mr. Hagie sich mehrmals am Tag darum kümmert hat. Vielen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis, ich kann die Unterkunft und Pietro als Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

100/10 the house was so beautiful and looked just like the photos. The pool was clean and amazing with rafts and a diving board. Air conditioning inside the house, beautiful garden and lots of outside space to sit and enjoy. Emanuele was super responsive and helpful every time we needed anything. His father and mother met us at the house for check in and were super lovely!! They set up a surprise of snacks and treats and made us feel like family. They also gave us some local recommendations and had waters and coffee at the house. Everything you need is right at the house and the grocery store is 5 minute drive away.

Sehr sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns nach der Ankunft direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Massage war ein Traum und Valentina hat alles möglich gemacht, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas gebraucht hatten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr idyllisch durch die Lage, den großen, schönen Garten und die Wellnessmöglichkeiten, sodass wir auch mit Baby einen wundervollen, erholsamen Urlaub genießen konnten. Wir hatten einen wundebaren Aufenthalt bei Francesco & Familie. Wir haben uns sehr wohl Gefühlt und wurden überrascht mit frischen Früchten, Marmelade und weiterem. Die ganze Familie ist sehr freundlich aber auch zurückhaltend, wenn man Privatsphäre will. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit unglaublicher Aussicht vom Balkon. Das Anwesen ist frei zugänglich und sehr friedlich und voller Hühner und Katzen. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abendteuerlich und ohne Auto wäre man nicht mobil. Wir haben von der Unterkunft aus gearbeitet und das Wlan hat bestens funktioniert, auch draussen! Wir können die Unterkunft allen, die einen ruhigen wunderschönen Ort suchen wärmstens empfehlen!

Très bon accueil de Vincenzo, très réactif, serviable. Logement bien situé, proche du château, dans une petite rue calme, tout à fait conforme à la description. Possibilité de se garer pas très loin gratuitement.

Wir haben unsere 8 Nächte bei Giuseppe wirklich sehr genossen. Ich kann nichts kritisieren und nur positive Punkte sagen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und super ruhig. Man ist absolut alleine und hat tolle Natur um sich herum. Als wir ankamen waren Snacks wie Melone, Kekse, eine Packung Nudeln und Soße wieso Eis da. Außerdem ein 6er Wasser und Wein. Das hat das ankommen super einfach gemacht. Die Lage ist etwas angelegen, was wir aber genau so wollte. Kleine Hinweise zur Anfahrt: Man muss einen recht steilen und kurvenreichen Weg entlang. Aber mit guten Auto absolut machbar. Wir hatten einen Mercedes E-Klasse und das war gut zu schaffen. Auto sollte aber tatsächlich nicht zu tief sein, da der Weg einige Regenrinnen hat die Tief sind. Aber wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und waren absolut begeistert.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Danielas Unterkunft in Termini Imerese. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – besonders angenehm fanden wir die Klimaanlage, die an warmen Tagen für Abkühlung sorgte. Ein echtes Highlight war die schöne Terrasse, auf der wir gerne entspannten, und der wunderbare Meerblick direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal: ruhig, charmant und perfekt, um sowohl die Umgebung zu erkunden als auch einfach mal zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Gegend hat uns wirklich begeistert – authentisch, freundlich und nicht überlaufen. Daniela war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – danke, Daniela, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! (:

Tutto molto bene perfettamente in linea con la descrizione, casa con giardino (in cui i nostri due cani hanno giocato in tranquillità) ideale per andare per i sentieri e i rifugi delle Madonie lontano dalla quotidianità della città. Bellissima vista sulle valli. Marienza è stata perfetta.

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

I’m almost at a loss of where to begin with how much my family and I enjoyed Diego’s incredible accommodation and hospitality! As a beach fanatic, this was the perfect location to enjoy a private and gorgeous location on the Mediterranean. No picture can do justice to the jaw-dropping water and the hours I happily spent wandering the coastline. Others have mentioned the generous spread of local treats Diego and his family provided - I can not overstate how helpful and welcome this was throughout our stay. Because of this, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals most nights; not because we were intending to be frugal (we are vacationing after all!), but because the items he provided were just that copious and delicious. The property grounds are lush and pristine, the bedrooms comfortable, clean and well-appointed, and the craftsmanship of the home is gorgeous. Most importantly perhaps, Diego and his family made US feel like family. Responsive, warm & a true taste of hospitality.

This was a lovely clean and fresh apartment. Everything necessary was provided. The external terrace was very comfortable and provided views of the beautiful garden that surrounded the apartment with predominantly lemon trees but also a number of other fruit trees and cacti. Plenty of nice restaurants on the coast and easy access to Palermo and Cefalu.

Wir waren das zweite Mal zu Gast und wieder vollkommen zufrieden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, reagieren schnell und sind sehr flexibel. Die Sauberkeit war wieder wunderbar, wir konnten uns sofort wohl fühlen. Wir kamen sehr spät abends an und es gab Wasser für uns, ein kleines Frühstücksangebot und Toilettenpapier. Dafür waren wir sehr dankbar. Auch die vorhandenen Annehmlichkeiten wie Fön, Duschgel, Shampoo und Waschmaschine machen besonders das Reisen mit Kind zu einem Highlight! Mille Grazie!

A beautiful villa with amazing views. The villa was spotless and decorated nicely. Everything you needed was available, great kitchen. The village of Sant’Ambrogio was 15 minutes walk away which had a few nice restaurants and bars. The beach was 15 minutes walk and beautiful. Cefalu was a 10 minute drive. Great stay!

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

Wunderschöner Garten und eine tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick – perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Präsent mit frischem Obst und Wein war sehr herzlich. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Für Ausflüge und Einkäufe ist ein Auto jedoch notwendig. Insgesamt ein traumhafter Ort zum Abschalten! Würde direkt wieder hinfahren!

What a beautiful month we just had at Casa dei 20 Frutti. We dreaded leaving and miss it already. We loved every single thing about our stay. The place, incredible. What a view. So comfortable, a great home away from home. The location, perfectly central. We went on a different adventure every single day. There are just so many places to see and just about all are easily doable as day trips. Our hosts, exceptional. Sophie and Alberto are just the nicest people, so generous with their time, with all the beautiful fruits on their property, and they gave us so many great tips on places to visit. An absolute wealth of information. We will absolutely be back. We just can’t say enough great things about this incredible place.

Beautiful home and lovely hosts. I would note that other guests should be aware that this is not a convenient location to get to the main city, like Palermo etc. It is close to Caccamo. We would return again to enjoy complete and utter solitude. The grounds are gorgeous.

Traumhaft. Dank dieser tollen Unterkunft war der Traum unserer Sizilienreise perfekt. Ein Auto ist notwendig um die tollen Highlights in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erkunden. Federica hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Ein kleines Café / Bar mit gigantischem Ausblick ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen für den “ Grundbedarf” . Wir würden sofort wieder kommen wenn es nicht noch so viel mehr auf dieser Welt zu erkunden gäbe!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house – it was charming and comfortable. The garden was especially lovely and offered a nice, cool escape from the summer heat. Just a heads-up: the mosquitoes were quite intense, so bring some repellent! Most importantly, Giuseppe was a truly wonderful host. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable – he provided us with an extra bed and kindly let us stay longer on our departure day since we had a late flight.
