Wow! Where to begin with this place. It was such a wonderful stay in a beautifully quaint location, close enough to essential amenities but far enough from hustle and bustle for a truly relaxing holiday away. Stefano was beyond the most helpful airbnb host we’ve experienced! Met us in town to take us to the place, offered fruit, veg and herbs from his home-grown garden and even helped us take our cases back to our car which we decided to park a little further away due to the very steep narrow hill to get to the location. Nothing that bothered us at all though, it was amazing and worth every penny!

What a special place 🧡 Stunning location within a family home of 300 years. Gorgeous views, heart warming rustic charm, ancient olive groves, a pool to cool down in, little homemade treats from Iryna’s Mum, freshly laid eggs…the list goes on! Iryna was an amazing host, welcoming, super helpful, brilliant communicator and caring. Nothing was too much trouble and she went the extra mile several times. We love love loved it. It would have been helpful to know that the second bedroom has both the kitchen and bathroom off it. We were with close family and friends so we made it work for us. A big warm thank you for a special time ♥️

**5-Star Review: A Slice of Sicilian Paradise** We spent an unforgettable week in June at *Villa in Campagna con Piscina* and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were completely enchanted by the stunning beauty of the home and the surrounding gardens. The villa is even more gorgeous than the pictures—tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and filled with charm. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure comfort and relaxation. The gardens are a true highlight—lush, colorful, and meticulously maintained. Waking up each morning to the sound of birdsong and the scent of blooming flowers was pure magic. The pool area is equally serene and private, perfect for lounging in the sun or enjoying a quiet swim under the Sicilian sky. What makes this place truly special, though, are the hosts, Anna and Sergio. They are incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Their hospitality made us feel more like family than guests. F

We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! Beautiful home and lovely hosts. I would note that other guests should be aware that this is not a convenient location to get to the main city, like Palermo etc. It is close to Caccamo. We would return again to enjoy complete and utter solitude. The grounds are gorgeous.

one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. great host, very personable, always responsive. we had a bit of problem finding the GPS pin, maybe because US cell roaming was not great. but pietro was right there to talk us through it until we found the place. absolutely loved he accommodations. so lovely to wake up at sunrise and listen to the birds, look out over the countryside. the casa had AC but we never needed it. pool was great. really one of the best airbnb we've ever stayed in. perfect visit to Sicilian countryside

This property is beautiful- incredible pool, very spacious for our large group with en suites and extra bathrooms, and great indoor and outdoor living areas. We had Francesca come and cook for us the night we arrived which was a game changer after a long travel day- incredible food and so relaxing and easy! Antonio is also extremely responsive to all our questions and so kind and friendly. There are some beaches near by that are really nice (10 min away max) and it’s 45 min to either Palermo or Cefalù so relatively easy to get to either.

100/10 the house was so beautiful and looked just like the photos. The pool was clean and amazing with rafts and a diving board. Air conditioning inside the house, beautiful garden and lots of outside space to sit and enjoy. Emanuele was super responsive and helpful every time we needed anything. His father and mother met us at the house for check in and were super lovely!! They set up a surprise of snacks and treats and made us feel like family. They also gave us some local recommendations and had waters and coffee at the house. Everything you need is right at the house and the grocery store is 5 minute drive away.

We had an amazing time in the apartment! The place is even better in real life than in the pictures. The atmosphere, combined with the morning sunlight and evening sunsets, made it truly special. The view and the terrace are absolutely exceptional—you can enjoy breathtaking panoramas of the sea and the city of Palermo, especially magical at night. One of the highlights was being able to swim just steps from the apartment. Just a short walk down and you’re in the sea—such a luxury! A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Knowing we were traveling with a little one, they thoughtfully prepared a cozy, sweet little bed with adorable bedding! The kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We also received a list of recommended bakeries, restaurants, and places to visit, which was extremely helpful and much appreciated. Thank you again for everything!

Very good hosting by Vincenzo, very responsive, helpful. Well-located accommodation, close to the castle, on a quiet little street, as described. Parking is available not too far away for free.

This is a real wow of a house. After a pretty full on country lane drive, you’re met with a proper farmhouse with stunning views. You feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but it’s only a 15 min drive to central Cefalu. We loved having bbq dinners outside and spending time in the tranquility of the house. The welcome goodies were really thoughtful and communication was friendly and helpful. They even supplied a non slip mat for my baby’s bath, really above and beyond.

Lovely homely stay and water on arrival. Bed was comfortable and the tv had all the apps. Daniela was very responsive and helpful with recommendations of where to eat around the accommodation.

We had such a great stay at Elisas! The apartment is well equipped and the surroundings with all the animals are lovely. We especially liked the cats. We even cooked with Elisa, which was also a great experience. For sure we‘ll be making the Tiramisu at home 🤩

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

This is a lovely place with a great view and very nice private garden. A car is needed but the village is only 5 minutes away and the location is really lovely if you enjoy being in nature. Highly recommended. Thanks. Silvia

This cottage has more than exceeded our expectations. Beautiful cottage with a very nice and large garden with a great terrace. Very tasteful and modern furnishings. Giuseppa and Marcello are great hosts with great tips for the whole area. We'll definitely be back.

We had a sore stay with Francesco & family. We felt very comfortable and were surprised with fresh fruits, jam and more. The whole family is very friendly but also reserved if you want privacy. The apartment is very nice with incredible views from the balcony. The property is freely accessible and very peaceful and full of chickens and cats. The access is a bit adventurous and without a car you would not be mobile. We worked from the property and the wifi worked great, even outside! We highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a quiet beautiful place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was very convenient to local restaurants and points of interest in the town. We especially appreciated having two bathrooms and free parking right outside the unit.

We were guests the second time and completely satisfied again. The hosts are very friendly, quick to respond and very flexible. The cleanliness was wonderful again, we could immediately feel comfortable. Arrived very late at night and there was water for us, a small breakfast offer and toilet paper. We were very grateful for that. Also the available amenities such as hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and washing machine make traveling with a child a highlight! Mille Grazie!

Our host contacted us immediately after our reservation was confirmed and made it easy for us to get home. When we got home, he welcomed us and explained in detail every part of the house and all the possibilities in the house. Paolo immediately returned to our message when we needed help, even making us very happy to bring us what we needed. The house was exactly as described and had a great atmosphere where you could sleep and wake up with the sound of the waves. It was very peaceful in terms of location. It was great to go to the sea in front of the house and watch the view from the balcony. Thank you very much to our host Paolo:)

It takes an hour to walk to Cefalu on a beautiful mountain, but on the bright side, it's a great opportunity to walk. The scenery is very beautiful and worth going to. Everything is ready to stay. There are shooting stars at night. It looks especially beautiful when there are no street lights. Everything is good. It's just that if you can't get a taxi when you come home late, you'll need to prepare some stamina to walk! The host and management are great. Thank you for taking care of me. ❤️

Giuseppe is a great host. He was very proactive in his communication & his instructions were excellent. This is a historic apartment with 2 bedrooms in one space with a living area and shower room. Double doors lead into an enchanting garden with outdoor seating and a hammock. This was an ideal place to eat & relax out of the midday sun. There is a separate kitchen & 2nd shower room which also open into the garden. It’s a 20min train journey from the airport & about 40min train journey to centre of Palermo. Trains very frequent & cheap. Great option if you want close to the sea & seafood restaurant but also want a day trip to Palermo. Lots of local shops nearby - butcher, fish shop, grocery, pharmacy & walking distance to marina & seafood restaurants. Great place to unwind & start our holiday.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay.
