Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Colorado River

Great place for me and my girlfriends! We had a great time. We all had our own space and loved the backyard . we spent the whole day Saturday by the pool.

The house was very beautiful, and that view was even more spectacular. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.. There were a few unreported dings and scratches to furniture and wall within the property, but once we notified the host they were addresses. Overall, great stay and host.

We had a fantastic stay, and highly recommend this house!! We really enjoyed the backyard oasis with the pool, spa and putting greens!! And it was not too far to visit the Las Vegas strip and Hoover Dam. House was exactly as described, spacious, clean and had plenty of supplies for our stay!

We had an incredible stay at this stunning Lake Havasu home! The house is a tech lover’s dream, with smart features that made everything seamless and convenient. The pool was a highlight—perfectly maintained and ideal for relaxing! The accommodations were top-notch, with spacious, comfortable rooms and all the amenities we needed for a fantastic getaway. The location is great, and the view of the lake and sunsets added to the charm. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and modern retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is gorgeous. Very clean. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we could need or want. Very comfortable beds and linens. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Location was fantastic with amazing views. Would be happy to stay here again.

Lovely little place! We wanted to beat the heat of the valley and stay somewhere walkable to downtown, but disconnected enough to be peaceful for a morning coffee outside. Great design, great hosts, great amenities - loved it all around!

We stayed in Sedona for a mini-trip during a longer Arizona vacation. The listing was as described and had lots of games and entertainments for the kids, in addition to tvs in all the rooms. We had some trouble figuring out the spa but our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Great experience all around!

Chris has a beautiful property nestled in the quiet wooded space of Munds Park. The space was clean and very pleasing to stay in.

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from NAU. It was perfect!

The hosts communicated timely and were very accommodating of our requests. The home was beautiful and convenient with a unique dual shower feature. The surroundings were scenic as well. We plan on booking again for our next Flagstaff trip! It was amazing!!!!

We would stay at this space again. Easy check in and the room was larger than expected. Nice as it's a little off the strip. Clean and quiet. We really enjoyed eating at the Happy Camper across the street.

Our stay at Steve and Shirley’s place was absolutely wonderful! They thought of every detail. Shirley’s response time was immediate. Directions to the location were spot on. Instructions during our time of stay were clear and left nothing to question. Although, if we had a question Shirley would have been ready to answer! The location is quite a treat! The amount of love Steve put into building such a beautiful property is apparent. The way the nearby river was diverted onto their property to create calming flows of water in different areas of the grounds, and eventually into a pond was masterfully done. My husband and I enjoyed exploring the area taking in all the details of the property. My favorite place was the hot tub hut which was open to the views and the sounds of nature! We would hands down stay here or in one of the other rentals again!

Pam’s place was great. It looked nice on the website but was even better than expected in person. It is very spacious, up to date, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed. The place keeps very cool as well, it was 90+ degrees most days and we didn’t use the air conditioning once. The bed is super comfy and the curtains block out almost all light, making it the perfect place to get a great night’s sleep. Also a great view from the outdoor patio. Would love to stay here again in the future.

The sport is very to everything and is easy to access And something to note is how much it stands out among other nicer, albeit older and mature houses in this older Scottsdale neighborhood. It’s a gem. Sparkling clean. Huge for the footprint it sits in - new everything, well stocked with essentials and a very friendly host.

I don’t know where to begin! This was without a doubt one of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. I splurged and booked for a solo trip. I felt safe in the neighborhood and felt right at home. The views are out of this world! It’s perfectly located for all the top Sedona activities! I even asked Kate if they had a cooler to store snacks and cool water for hiking, which they didn’t. BUT THEY WEBT AND BOUGHT ONE THAT AFTERNOON FOR FUTURE USE. Kate’s hospitality was outstanding. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design of the space. I could write an entire book on why you should book this Airbnb, but all you need to know is it’s a must. Book immediately!!!

The place was beautiful with large rooms and tall ceilings. The view was incredible looking out a massive picture window looking at red Sedona rocks. Had some air conditioning problems but host was receptive and responsive. Gary the repair man and was friendly and good to work with. Price of house was reasonable considering the value of the house. Great experience and would stay here again.

This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

This home is in a peaceful area and has a magnificent view of the mountain. We loved playing in and relaxing by the pool during the day and sitting outside watching the mountain change colors as the sun went down. The host left snacks and wine and stuff for breakfast! So thoughtful! We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Hodi! The entire process was very smooth from start to finish. Hodi was incredibly clear and communicative, always quick to respond and super helpful with any questions I had. Overall, an amazing host. I’d absolutely love to deal with Hodi again should the opportunity come up. Highly recommended!

Our group was visiting Scottsdale for a bachelor party and this house had the perfect balance of providing relaxation in the mornings hanging by the pool and hot tub, enough beds for each person to have their own, and a reasonable price. The location was also great for going out at night. Whether it be to Scottsdale quarter for dinner, Old Town for night life, or Cave Creek for bull riding, you’re sure to have a great time just a short drive/uber away.

Overall really enjoyed our experience. Brought littles along on the trip assuming we would spend most of our time on the lake (which is so close and easy to get to) but we only spent a limited time there it was nice to find a bucket of toys and board games to keep everyone entertained. The home was clean and amenities just as explained. The pictures do not do the place justice (although the pictures are beautiful) the house is beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. Owners responded to any message very quickly which was also refreshing.
