Staying with Roberto was a great experience. Extremely easy check in and very clean. The bed was very comfortable as well.

What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is situated within 2 minutes of the Duomo, and close to restaurants,cafes and bars. Federica who was responsable for renting and cleaning the unit was there to greet us, and to review everything in the unit, air conditioning, kitchen, washer/dryer etc… During our visit in this region, we had an accident where one us broke our foot. As we don’t speak Italian, we had to navigate through the Italian national healthcare system. Federica was so helpful in helping through this experience. She made some calls for us to help us out as to where to go. She was also helpful in getting us to the airport as our travel plans had changed due to the health issue. Bravo!!!

A beautiful location, tucked away from the very active downtown area but a very quick and scenic 5 minute walk to the lakefront/wide selection of restaurants. Dario was extremely responsive and helped make this stay as smooth as possible. We will definitely be returning!

The location confused us a little, but that was our fault for not watching a YouTube video with clear instructions beforehand. Great apartment in a prime location.

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

Elenas air BnB was so beautiful, they have thought of everything and it’s very modern. In a perfect location only a few minute walk to the ferry and lake Como, so many restaurants and cafes. Found the apartment a small bit on the colder side even though it was really warm outside but they have everything that’s needed to keep you warm. Would definitely stay again!

I can only describe Stefano's place with one word: Exceptional! First, the location. It is in the heart of Como and close to everything. Very close to the piazza and streets with great food and awesome gelato! It is a 6 min walk to the Ferry and a 13 min walk to the Como-Brunate Funicular (a must see). There's a supermarket just a few minutes away as well. And the area is just really beautiful. Then of course the apartment. You just want to move in and stay forever! Beautiful and big kitchen, fully equipped for all your needs. Comfortable furniture, beautiful bathroom, and super plush beds too! Air conditioning is perfect as well. Stefano was incredibly attentive to our needs and answered all our questions. He even left us a nice bottle of prosecco for our arrival at the apartment! Stefano's place truly felt like a home away from home. We would be delighted to be able to once again experience Como while staying at Stefano's apartment. BRAVO Stefano! You are truly the best!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay truly enjoyable. For future guests: this is a perfect spot if you have a car and want to explore both Milan and Lake Como while staying in a peaceful, quiet area. Absolute recommendation! The apartment is sparkling clean and perfectly equipped. Beautiful and modern furnishings. We made a stopover here on our way back from southern Italy, Ivan greeted us personally and gave us tips. The communication was very friendly.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Quiet, piecful location, beautiful view, all rooms are clean and tidy, easy communication with the owners, welcoming place, even a choclate treat waited for us :) perfect window covers so it was totally dark when we wanted to sleep weel. highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, everything just as described. Bonus it’s on the main level and one of the first homes up that street (lots of walking and hills in general in bellagio so it was nice to reach our stay a little easier then some ;) there were a couple occasions other tourists were walking with us and would comment “oh wish we lived here or were already here” as they had much farther walks from town

Our second trip here (last summer was the first) and still amazing. A great place away from the tourist towns of Varenna and Bellagio...amazing view and mostly locals in the town of Perledo. The view alone is worth this AIRBNB a five star. Good size apartment with everything you need from the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen. Buses were really easy to navigate. Giancarlo and Andrea were great co-hosts reaching out often to make sure we had the best possible stay.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

The accommodation is located above the village and therefore has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well decorated and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

I fell in love with Morcote during our stay and the icing on the cake was definitely Rahman’s place. The view from the house plus the spaciousness and cleanliness were all very much appreciated. There’s a bus stop right at the bottom of the house so getting to public transport is very easy, walking into town is only 30mins as well! Loved our stay, so peaceful :)
