Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.

Completely reformed with modern taste, this lovely apartment is ideal for a couple or if you need I can put a single sofa bed and could be for a family of three. If there's a baby it's no problem either as a baby bed, chair and bath are available. Just step out of the door and enjoy a lakeside walk.
