Everything is in place for an excellent stay with family or friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. - The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the beaches around are very beautiful, the typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

We stayed as three couples. Very hospitable location equipped with all comforts, suitable for groups of friends and/or large families. The breathtaking view overlooking the sea, which can be appreciated from the large garden and balconies, is hard to match. What can I say about Mr. Rocco: he is very kind, always available and with useful tips for enjoying good food and visiting the beauty of the place. We highly recommend it.

We were allowed to spend a week in this beautiful villa The view of the lake is incredibly beautiful. The owners and Antonio who took over the check in were always approachable and gave us great tips on beaches restaurants, etc. Regards, Family König

Really lovely little house. A real house in the mountains. We were even lucky it snowed and the little house became even more evocative. Gianluca was very kind and hospitable and provided us with all kinds of comforts and directions to enjoy the weekend. Clean, well equipped, nothing was missing. It was truly a beautiful stay. I recommend it and I hope to be back soon!

The place is beautiful! We stayed in this villa for a part of our wedding trip) The house is entire, it's not an apartment. The terrace with a great view was all for us. So, it's very quiet, high up and nearby there are restaurants where you can eat from God! At home there is everything, the housekeeper Mr. Pino is very kind, anything you can solve with him. He also found us the dentist for my husband, who in the first days as the married man had problems with his tooth))) There's also the garden where I found some lemons and they're great! The sea is beautiful! Sometimes it changes the color and becomes phosphorescent, it is beautiful to see it and even from above you can see it perfectly and you can hear the noise of the sea! Seeing the sunsets from home is very romantic! Place is to come back and recommend!!!!!!!!!

Our host Emanuele gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. In fact his other family members (who live in the adjacent property) were also very welcoming. The house was very comfortable with lovely sea views and a cooling breeze. The air conditioning in the bedrooms also worked really well. (It was very hot when we visited in early August). Any minor points we drew to Emanuele's attention were quickly dealt with. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He was able to give us great recommendations for beaches and nice restaurants to visit. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with pool. Great to have three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We were made to feel very at home and at ease. Many thanks to the lovely Stranges family for their warm welcome on our first visit to Calabria. (Definitely not our last!). We will especially miss their wee dog Lucky... ;-)

Antonio, his wife and mother Mina were so warm and welcoming. Our trip from Rome was much longer than we anticipated and they waited up until 1:30 am to let us in. The home is beautiful and so well equipped for a comfortable visit. Mina so graciously, took us to restaurant, where we could eat and helped us connect with our distant relatives. The whole experience was a dream come true for us. We were only here for two days but I would highly recommend a longer stay. The views are beautiful. A great place for an artist or writer or anyone needing to be restored. God willing we would love to return.

I spent a few days in this house, very nice and located in a beautiful village near Lamezia, reachable in a few minutes, the house is equipped with everything you need in addition to being very clean and well divided. I would recommend it to anyone I want to spend a few days of tranquility 2 steps from the sea and the mountain, Mrs. Maria Antonietta was very helpful and professional the house upon our arrival was in excellent condition, at check-out the husband was also very short person, I will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and me were for the first time in Lamezia Terme. It was a very short visit in this beautiful city. The accomondation was great. The checkin was very smooth and hassle free. The communication between us and the host made our uncertain arrival at the accomodation very smooth. We were welcomed very nicely by the father of the host (Antonio). The accomodation in itself was kept very very clean and organised. This all made our stay so easy and uncomplicated. Even the recommendations given for dinner were great. Our suggestion is to pre-book in advance for dinner given that Lamezia Terme definitely has a good night life too and can be crowded. To summarise, the flexibility of the host and the hospitality made our short stay very memorable. All in all worth recommending- Super host!

Catia was a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to every where we needed to go.

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!

We gladly returned to Alessandro. Hosts who are always available, friendly, and responsive. The building boasts a strategic location (a stone's throw from the main street, but at the same time sheltered and quiet) and well divided and comfortable spaces even for 4 people. Some small improvements, already suggested, would, however, be useful to enhance it without distorting the rustic style that distinguishes it. The availability of essential amenities (pillowcases, sheets and towels), which not everyone offers in the area is very appreciated.

the accommodation has met my requirements: on foot to the beach (4 minutes on the floor on foot), sandy and uncrowded public beach (very long and wide, last two of July with "deserted" areas, although there are 2/3 shores), beautiful sea (warm and clean water such as a tropea or zambrone) convenient parking (next to the apartment), comfortable beds and outdoor space to leave the things of the sea. great communication with the owner. quality/price ratio (given the prices of the prairie) reasonable. can be improved? as in many cases, a little attention to furniture and equipment (dishes..) would make the environment more cared for and functional. The only downside, if necessary, is that the second room is accessed through the first one.

Elvira is a friendly, helpful and accurate person in her communications. The house is cozy, functional, and well-equipped. The place is quiet and close to amenities.

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

Paolo and Angela were very kind and very helpful. The apartment is on the third floor of a condominium with a beautiful view. Impeccable cleanliness and equipped with all the comforts. To be taken into consideration!

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

We stayed for a week with our 3 teenagers in Fabio's house for a week. We were very well hosted, the house is in Cirella (townhouse 5 min from the beach so a little noise at certain times but you get used to it). The house is well-equipped with all the necessities which avoids buying everything when you arrive. Had a great vacation!

Luca's art-filled villa was beautiful and very grand in it's day. Luca himself was very friendly, giving us local recommendations and allowing a later check out. He was very helpful with any issues we encountered and responded swiftly to all communication. It was very helpful that Luca has excellent English! The location of the villa is fantastic for the local beaches, restaurants and towns, and has large off street parking.

I stayed with my family and 2 furry companions in this house where you can breathe the warmth of the family, it is a house where nothing is missing, in fact they have provided us with everything and more. The interior and exterior spaces are spacious and comfortable, very close to a bar where you can enjoy a good breakfast and excellent sandwiches, about 20 minutes by car from a fabulous sea. We were spoiled by the kindness and great products of the neighbor's garden. For people like us who come from a big city, waking up in the morning with the crowing of the rooster or opening the windows and a few meters away to see the cows pasturing is priceless. This place is truly a relaxing corner. Thank you!

We stayed a week in the beautiful old house with flair, large garden and cozy coziness with four adults and two children. Sufficient space for everyone in three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor, as well as living room, dining room and large kitchen-living room on the ground floor with terrace exit. In short, we were all very comfortable.

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!
