Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cosenza

Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre coppie. Location molto ospitale dotata di tutti i confort, adatta a gruppi di amici e/o famiglie numerose. La vista mozzafiato a picco sul mare, apprezzabile dall' ampio giardino e dai balconi, difficilmente trova eguali. Cosa dire poi del Sig. Rocco: gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e con consigli utili per gustare buon cibo e visitare le bellezze del luogo. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Casetta veramente incantevole. Una vera casa in montagna. Siamo stati persino fortunati che ha nevicato e la casetta è diventata ancora più suggestiva. Gianluca è stato molto gentile e ospitale e ci ha fornito ogni tipo di comfort e indicazione per poterci godere il weekend. Pulita, attrezzata bene, non mancava niente. È stato veramente un bellissimo soggiorno. Lo consiglio e spero di tornarci presto!

Il posto è splendido! Noi siamo stati in questa villetta per una parte del nostro viaggio di nozze) La casa è intera, non è un appartamento. La terrazza con una vista fantastica era tutta solo per noi. Quindi, è molto tranquillo, in alto e vicino ci sono ristoranti dove si mangia da Dio! A casa c'è di tutto, il custode di casa signor Pino è gentilissimo, qualsiasi cosa si può risolvere con lui. Ci ha trovato anche il dentista per il mio marito, che in primi giorni come l'uomo sposato aveva problemi con il dente))) C'è anche il giardino dove ho trovato qualche limone e sono buonissimi! Il mare li è stupendo! A volte cambia il colore e diventa fosforescente, è bellissimo da vederlo e anche da sopra si vede perfettamente e si sente il rumore del mare! Vedere I tramonti da casa è molto romantico! Il posto è da tornare e da consigliare!

Our host Emanuele gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. In fact his other family members (who live in the adjacent property) were also very welcoming. The house was very comfortable with lovely sea views and a cooling breeze. The air conditioning in the bedrooms also worked really well. (It was very hot when we visited in early August). Any minor points we drew to Emanuele's attention were quickly dealt with. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He was able to give us great recommendations for beaches and nice restaurants to visit. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with pool. Great to have three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We were made to feel very at home and at ease. Many thanks to the lovely Stranges family for their warm welcome on our first visit to Calabria. (Definitely not our last!). We will especially miss their wee dog Lucky... ;-)

Antonio, his wife and mother Mina were so warm and welcoming. Our trip from Rome was much longer than we anticipated and they waited up until 1:30 am to let us in. The home is beautiful and so well equipped for a comfortable visit. Mina so graciously, took us to restaurant, where we could eat and helped us connect with our distant relatives. The whole experience was a dream come true for us. We were only here for two days but I would highly recommend a longer stay. The views are beautiful. A great place for an artist or writer or anyone needing to be restored. God willing we would love to return.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno in questa casa, molto bella e situata in un bel borgo vicino Lamezia raggiungibile in pochi minuti, la casa è attrezzata di tutto il necessario oltre ad essere molto pulita e ben divisa la consiglierei a chiunque voglio passare qualche giorno di tranquillità a 2 passi dal mare e dalla montagna, la signora Maria Antonietta molto disponibile e professionale la casa al nostro arrivo era in ottime condizioni, al check out era presente anche il marito brevissima persona, tornerò sicuramente!

My girlfriend and me were for the first time in Lamezia Terme. It was a very short visit in this beautiful city. The accomondation was great. The checkin was very smooth and hassle free. The communication between us and the host made our uncertain arrival at the accomodation very smooth. We were welcomed very nicely by the father of the host (Antonio). The accomodation in itself was kept very very clean and organised. This all made our stay so easy and uncomplicated. Even the recommendations given for dinner were great. Our suggestion is to pre-book in advance for dinner given that Lamezia Terme definitely has a good night life too and can be crowded. To summarise, the flexibility of the host and the hospitality made our short stay very memorable. All in all worth recommending- Super host!

Catia was a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to every where we needed to go.

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!

Siamo tornati con piacere da Alessandro. Host sempre disponibili, gentili e pronti nelle risposte. L'immobile vanta una posizione strategica (a due passi dalla via principale, ma al contempo riparata e tranquilla) e spazi ben divisi e comodi anche per 4 persone. Alcune piccole migliorie, già suggerite, sarebbero tuttavia utili per valorizzarlo senza snaturarne lo stile rustico che lo contraddistingue. Apprezzatissima la disponibilità dei servizi essenziali (federe, lenzuola e asciugamani), che non tutti offrono in zona.

l'alloggio ha soddisfatto i miei requisiti: a piedi in spiaggia (4 minuti in piano a piedi), spiaggia pubblica sabbiosa e poco affollata (molto lunga e larga, ultime due di luglio con zone "deserte", anche se ci sono 2/3 lidi), mare bello (acqua tiepida e pulita come a tropea o a zambrone) parcheggio comodo (di fianco all'appartamento), letti comodi e spazio esterno per lasciare le cose del mare. comunicazione ottima con il proprietario. rapporto qualità/prezzo (visto i prezzi del preriodo) ragionevole. migliorabile? come in molti casi, un pò di attenzione al mobilio e alle attrezzature (stoviglie..) renderebbe l'ambiente più curato e funzionale. Unica pecca, eventualmente, è che alla seconda camera si accede passando dalla prima.

Elvira è una persona cordiale, disponibile e precisa nelle comunicazioni. La casa è accogliente, funzionale e ben attrezzata. Il posto è tranquillo e vicino ai servizi.

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

Paolo e Angela sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. L’appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un condominio con una bella vista. Pulizia impeccabile e dotata di tutti i comfort. Da tenere in considerazione!

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec nos 3 ados dans la maison de Fabio. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la maison se trouve dans Cirella (maison de ville à 5 min de la plage donc un peu de bruit à certaines heures mais on s’y habitue). La maison est bien équipée avec tous les produits de première nécessité ce qui évite de tout acheter en arrivant. On a passé de supers vacances!

Luca's art-filled villa was beautiful and very grand in it's day. Luca himself was very friendly, giving us local recommendations and allowing a later check out. He was very helpful with any issues we encountered and responded swiftly to all communication. It was very helpful that Luca has excellent English! The location of the villa is fantastic for the local beaches, restaurants and towns, and has large off street parking.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia e 2 compagni pelosi in questa casa in cui si respira il calore della famiglia, è una casa in cui non manca niente, anzi ci hanno fornito di tutto e di più. Gli spazzi interni ed esterni sono ampi e confortevoli, molto vicino ad un bar in cui si può gustare una buona colazione e ottimi panini, a circa 20 minuti di macchina da un mare favoloso. Siamo stati viziati dalla gentilezza e dai buonissimi prodotti dell'orto della vicina. Per persone come noi che veniamo da una grande città, svegliarsi la mattina con il canto del gallo o aprire le finestre e a pochi metri vedere pascolare le mucche non ha prezzo. Questo alloggio è veramente un angolo di relax. Grazie!

Wir waren eine Woche in dem wunderschönen alten Haus mit Flair, großem Garten und gemütlicher Wohnlichkeit mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Ausreichend Platz für alle in drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern im OG, sowie Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und große Wohnküche im Erdgeschoss mit Terrassenausgang. Kurz zusammengefasst haben wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

La maison d'Anthony est très propre, bien équipée , décorée avec goût et nous a permis de passer d'excellentes vacances en famille ( nous étions 7 de 60 à 16 ans) . Le jardin est idyllique, les fruitiers et aromates à disposition. Le quartier est calme et à 300 m, on peut trouver commerces,restaurants, bars et autres pour sortir et faire la fête. Les plages sont belles et très proches ( 2 minutes à pied).La maison est également très bien isolée et la climatisation efficace. Anthony est très accueillant et aime partager les bonnes adresses de sa région, il a été très réactif à nos demandes. Nous recommandons cette belle maison et y reviendrons sûrement.
