The house has plenty of room for families or groups of friends to socialize. It has four bright double rooms with balcony or window, a spacious dining and living room with satellite TV and WIFI, kitchen and three bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, big refrigerator (cold water, ice), washing machine, cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave and plenty of utilities to make your stay more comfortable. The living room is bright and spacious. It has fantastic views to the bay and direct access to the terrace. It also has a large table where 8 people can eat comfortably. There's satellite TV too. FREE High Speed WIFI inside the house. The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans... No heat in summer, no cold in winter. And out of summer, you can enjoy the real experience of having a sauna after enjoying your day in a Mediterranean beach. Come and feel like at home living the real Mediterranean atmosphere. Registry number VT-35036-V There's a communal swimming pool indoor/outdoor, Jacuzzi and Sauna. The pool is very big (more than 13m long by 4 m wide). There are also communal areas for playing and ejoying the free time. The house has a parking place (indoor) with space up to 4 cars. So, no issues with parking. This is an owner managed property. We like to think that our guests feel at home in Villa Mariola. So, we are always available to help our guests to enjoy their stay. Villa Mariola is located in a charming residential area in pretty gardens and with a communal swimming pool and social area. It's a private complex with exclusive residents' access in a peaceful neighborhood, but close enough to Cullera for easy access to sights, great shopping, and restaurants. Car is needed to move around and enjoy Cullera and Valencia city. The house has indoor parking place for up to 3 cars. So, no issues with parking. The beach is at 800 m and there are parking areas available in front of the beach. There is a supermarket (Consum) just 5 minutes by car. And of course… there are also good restaurants, tapas bars and takeaway near the house where you can have the delicious PAELLA, the specialty of Cullera.

Bel appartement, bien équipé et spacieux. La terrasse est parfaite avec une belle vue sur mer et montagne. La piscine était propre. Facile à trouver et accès facile, place de parking à l’intérieur. Perfect location for us right opposite the beach. The apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. Lovely balcony for breakfasts, lunches and evening drinks. Walking distance from the old town and everything else you could need nearby.

La estadia ha sido perfecta. La descripcion del piso y sus servicios han sido muy fiel a la realidad. El piso dispone de juegos de mesa y libros lo que lo hace adecuado para familias con niños. La ubicacion es ideal , cerca de playa de Poniente y cerca de Restaurantes y zonas de ocio nocturnas. Es muy tranquilo y apto para un buen descanso. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Repetiria sin duda en otra ocacion.

Nuestra familia (5 integrantes) disfrutó muchísimo de la estancia. La casa está perfectamente equipada para una experiencia cómoda y agradable. Tiene cuatro habitaciones amplias, cada una con su propia televisión. El salón es muy acogedor y la cocina cuenta con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar sin complicaciones. Además, hay tres baños completos, lo cual fue muy práctico para nosotros. La cisterna del baño principal hace bastante ruido, pero al haber dos baños más disponibles, no fue un inconveniente. La ubicación es muy buena: se puede ir caminando al centro y a varios puntos de interés. Para ir a la playa, se puede tomar un taxi fácilmente. Durante Semana Santa encontramos aparcamiento sin problema en los alrededores, tanto en zona azul como blanca. Hay muchos comercios cerca, lo que hace la zona muy práctica, además de ser segura y cosmopolita. Stella fue una anfitriona excelente, muy amable al recibirnos y siempre aten

Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia en el piso. Estuvimos allí con mis padres que tienen más de 70 años y fue muy cómodo tener la playa a menos de 5min andando. La piscina maravillosa con poca gente. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, menos "trapos de cocina". Totalmente recomendable, volveremos con gusto.

This place has the most stunning views. The area is wonderful, clean, peaceful and safe. It has all the basics you might need (dishes, towels etc). Wifi worked perfectly fine and we were able to WFH all week perfectly fine. Beds were wonderfully comfortable, the furniture was first class and such good qaulity. Everything was kept pristine. Would stay here for much longer. A true home from home. We will be back. Please note that it does not have air conditioning which was absolutely fine for us in September. It also doesnt offer beach or poll towels or any chairs or umbrellas for down at the beach. That is the only thing I would say would have made life a little easier. You need a car. Car port fits two small cars, we had a 4X4 which took up all the space.

Stayed for a long weekend with friends, really liked the house and was perfect for a group of 4 friends. We had a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom each which worked really well. Right in the heart of the old town so was nice to have a 2 min walk back from the bars when we were out late! Can get a bit noisy from the street at night, but slept well using ear plugs.
