El Estudio-Buhardilla , tifo loft ,es muy acogedor . Está pensada para parejas. Cuenta con un espacio de 33 m2 distribuidos con el salón cocina dormitorio + 1 cuarto de baño y un solarium de 40 m2. Está a 3.3 km de la playa ( 5 min en coche). El solarium está totalmente integrado a la casa por sus ventanales, lo que visualmente genera un espacio amplio en el que se entremezcla casa y jardín.
