Simply one of the best trips we've ever taken, the family loved it. Hotel DNA has everything for a family, from heated pools to a playroom for the kids. The apartment is 1,000 times more beautiful in person than in the photos, I felt at home, super cozy, fragrant, clean, impeccable, close to the center, several options of restaurants, pharmacies, shops and ice cream parlors, next to the Tamar project, the building is super new, facing a huge square, ideal for pets and children to play, heated pool, gym, sauna, in short…everything perfect, I didn't miss anything, Guilherme and his wife are super attentive, dear, we are already planning the return and it will certainly be to this incredible apartment.

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

I went to the Accommodation with 1 pet and 1 child, plus 2 more adults. We just LOVED it, we didn't want to leave. The house is a dream for those who, like me, love to be immersed in nature: living with animals and “in the middle” of the woods, but without giving up the beach and the city (shops, restaurants, hospitals, etc.). The house surpasses the photos. View of the sea and mountains, open concept, beautiful decor, authentic, full of life and love, everything clean, air-conditioning in the rooms (very important to me kkk) and lots of grass, with the right to a hose for showering outside. Ivan is super attentive, always available and willing to answer questions and give tips. We felt at home, very safe and with a lot of privacy and freedom. We will certainly return to visit Luiz the goat (officially the 6th member of our trip) and Clarinha the sheep!

I loved Wesley's house, super equipped and modern. It had a full kitchen, with many utensils and appliances. The bathtub is very good and clean. Quiet and quiet environment. It is worth noting that it is the owner's back house. Fast Wi-Fi and home automation impressed (3 Alexas, 3 projectors, air conditioning, smart lamps).

But we have some very important points for improvement that we think need to be taken into account, for example: Security needs to be improved, the main gate of the house is made of wood, very “mixuruca”. When we arrived there, there was an open part. We live in Rio de Janeiro and we know how great the violence is, even though it is a bucolic neighborhood. In addition, the lighting of the outside also leaves something to be desired when night comes. It would be safer if the room were closed with glass and not just curtains. In addition, we had difficulties with the stove and oven and did not get answers. We also found foci of dengue mosquito larvae under the external sink. An imminent danger.

Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
