Loft holiday rentals in Costa Verde

The cottage is beautiful, the condominium is very good, it has two swimming pools, tennis courts. To get to the beach, just cross the street. The host is very proactive. It was a very smooth trip.

The stay was very quiet, Sandra informed us in detail how to get to Airbnb and the place looked a lot like the photos. Sandra also assisted us on tours and on our way back to Rio, I highly recommend!

We spent three nights in this place. The WiFi works fine, and there is a table and two chairs in the terrace if you need to work. The kitchen is equipped, however it has only one heater so it takes time to prepare elaborate meals. The bed was comfortable and I would say the place is perfect for two people, more than that could be tricky to have enough space to organize your bags and stuff. The host was very friendly and responsive.

The loft is very pleasant, a condominium with full leisure, a few minutes from the beach. Just cross the highway and there is an entrance that leads directly to the beach nearby. Very nice place. I'll be back other times for sure. Patrícia was a sweetheart, always available and very flexible.

I SIMPLY LOVED THE SPACE PROVIDED BY THE HOST FERNANDO , THAT WARMTH, EVERYTHING IMPECCABLE, MAGNIFICENT DECOR, THE DUPLEX HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED , HAD ALL THE KITCHEN UTENSILS, TO HAIR DRYERS IN THE TWO BATHROOMS, IRON , CEILING FAN WITH REMOTE CONTROL, AIR CONDITIONING TBM, THE WONDERFUL CONDOMINIUM, THE POLISHED STAFF, THE DUPLEX IS VERY CLOSE TO THE POOLS THAT I LOVED TBM , EMFIM ONLY HAVE COMPLIMENTS , OBGD FERNANDO FOR EVERYTHING , ( KNOW THAT WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR HOME , AS IF OURS ) WE WILL BE BACK IN A COMING OPPORTUNITY!!!😊😊😊👏👏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🤛

Nice shower...good beach and bath towels and especially, an excellent washer and dryer! Spacious and comfortable bed and good bedding and pillows... Sunny outdoor deck with great landscaping... Paraty is a a beautiful town and Karina’s place is in a perfect location being close to the old town but tucked away down a side street to avoid any noise from the streets. We felt right at home as the loft had everything we needed. Even on the rainy days we could enjoy the use of the big projector. Thank you for having us and for all the clear instructions, we would love to come and stay again!

We love the place, very safe. Facing the highway, with a bakery and markets nearby. A place very close to the Aparecida sanctuary. Roberto is always quick to respond. I recommend it to everyone on Airbnb. We'll come back more often.

We had already stayed in this Loft last year and we really liked the experience, so much so that we repeated it! Access is very easy, the place is very private, the accommodations are clean and as described and in the photos of the listing. The location is great, in the commercial center with several restaurant options nearby, in addition to the proximity to the beach. Flávio is also very attentive, answering any questions promptly. We hope to return again soon!

The flat is extremely clean and functional, we were very satisfied! Nice bed and hot shower! The only point I would point out for improvement would be to provide the guest with soap and shampoo! Otherwise, we had a great stay and hope to return other times!
