The apartment is amazing, better than the pictures. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend.

We had an amazing time in Mr. Fernando's apartment! Very pleasant environment, prepared in the smallest details, from the cordial reception of the caretaker Reginaldo to the wine and coffee capsules provided by the host. Therefore, I recommend it to everyone looking for a place with a perfect location, structured, clean and cozy. We'll be back soon!

Eduardo's apartment is wonderful and we felt very comfortable. It is very well located within the condominium although the road is a bit steep as it is on the mountain. A plus is that there are free vans that transport you in and out of the condominium. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything Eduardo!!

The apartment is perfect for resting. Full kitchen, with washing machine and an impeccable view! Easy access to the beach and indoor pool. Pedro is very friendly and made himself available all the time. I highly recommend it!

Really, I recommend with my eyes closed the stadia. The cozy place, met and exceeded our expectations. The hosts were polite and were always on standby. For sure, my family and I spent incredible days in the apartment. It will be on our list for a new opportunity!

Beautiful place. Stayed with my family and had a lot of fun. When the beach was getting too cold for us, we could always come back and enjoy the pool. We also hired Graça for cleaning and cooking. Totally recommend.

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as opposition, etc. The way to the beach is very close and the equipment of the apartment is brilliant. I'm sure I'll be back.

It was a lovely stay. The hosts' house is beautiful with a very well-designed architectural project! Spacious, clean, well decorated, quality furniture and with everything you need for a couple and/or family stay. The whole house is immersed in nature. We were able to enjoy nature inside and outside the house. The place is quiet and in a colder part of the city, which provided delicious cold nights with a fire and fireplace. We took advantage of everything the house offered and the desire was not to leave. Blankets, bedding, heaters and fireplace present and working perfectly. Kitchen equipped with beautiful and complete crockery with sets. Everyone loved the house and we would return next time. A solitary hostess who is always quickly available to assist us.

We have known Guaecá for a long time. The stay was very good and brought many good memories. The house and the place are wonderful. Cecilia and Roberto served us very well. We should definitely be back soon.

Excellent stay! The house is extremely well-equipped, providing the necessary comfort for a few days of rest. We went on a weekend of intense cold, 5 people, and we were not cold at any time, as there were enough blankets for everyone, in addition to the great fireplace in the outdoor area. The location is very close to some ceramic studios, as well as the center, but with all the privacy and security. I also emphasize the hosts' solicitude, who welcomed us very well from start to finish. We'll be back and we'll recommend it!

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
