David greeted and received us very kindly. The apartment is well equipped and guests can use many things in David's apartment. David was very attentive and also warmly welcomed our dachshund. The apartment was very clean and the stay overall really excellent. You could also stay here longer.

We had a pleasant weekend in this cottage located in the surroundings of Beaune. The place is well suited for families, with a large garden where children can play. The outdoor space is equipped for grilling, which was convenient for our meals. We recommend this cottage for a family stay

We're very grateful that Jean-Pierre opens his sister's gorgeous house and garden for guests. We had the most wonderful time in this huge house and the 2 gardens! Our cats loved the secured garden around the house, but there is also another huge garden at the river. The house, the two gardens, the village, the canal is all very peaceful and quiet and was exactly what we needed. The location and house was exactly as discribed. And there is also a free parking space 2 min walk away. Communication with Jean -Pierre is very relaxed and easy, he's always very responsive and very helpful. He gave us great tips and also his lovely friend Christa was very helpful with tips e.g. for best restaurants. Someone else wrote about the house, "the imperfections made it perfect" and that's exactly how we felt about it as well. We'll definitely be back and can't praise it enough.

We have completely relaxed in the beautiful place, due to the silence and the amazing views and the beautiful surroundings We were picked up in the village by Chantal and Sebastien and brought to the cottage. They are both very friendly and warm and do everything they can to make an pleasant stay possible. many thanks for a few wonderful days!

We very much enjoyed staying at this lovely comfortable house with our dogs. Everything was clean and the communication was excellent. My friend and I were allowed to stay with Pierre quite spontaneously. From the first written contact, Pierre was very friendly and proactive. This impression was reinforced live - he warmly welcomed us, showed us everything and explained and even gave us a lot of tips on nearby excursion destinations, including historical background. The accommodation itself is super nice right next to a very clean little stream, in which you can put your feet. The building is actually an old mill building, and you can see it if you know it! The location of the apartment is very quiet despite the nearby highway and invites you to go hiking. In general, the environment is very pleasantly quiet and we enjoyed getting fresh organic milk and yogurt from the farmer in the village. There is much to discover in the vicinity of the village, be it the picturesque medieval town with Chateauneuve-en-Auxois castle or one of the lakes nearby for cooling off.

The place was spotless, very clean and as described. The host was responsive, welcoming and very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and good location. A big thank you for this stay, highly recommend!

The apartment is clean, nice and modern. Jean François gave us all the instructions before we arrived. I highly recommend this accommodation with a secure parking space and a very quiet neighborhood. We will return to continue discovering Burgundy.

Hamed was lovely on the arrival and departure times and the attentions for breakfast... thank you I would definitely come back Ps: we had clean and fresh sheets as well as duvets

The apartment was great, it has lots of small finishing defects but it's not a problem. In addition, the cleaning was not done, there were scabs in the shower and a lot of dust on the floor. But after that it was very pleasant despite the heat (plan a fan or other because it is very hot inside) I recommend it!
