Quaint and quiet. Clean and great location. Met our expectations. Super friendly hosts and very responsive. Have already recommended to friends.

The house and location was amazing! What an awesome back yard right on the river, huge deck and clean hot tub and bbq. We will definitely be visiting here again when we're in town.

We had a fantastic stay at Talia's place near Sunriver! The home was cozy and clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to all the outdoor activities we love, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting. Talia was a fantastic host, quick to respond, and very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning soon!

Everything was absolutely as described. Private, clean and relaxing. Plenty of restaurants in the area to walk too. We had a lovely time.

Great location and a very comfortable home, just as described. The back deck and hot tub were a bonus. Since the location is close to downtown, the river, and the old mill district, the bikes came in very handy. We'd stay again!

We stayed for the Pole Pedal Paddle and had a great time here! Really enjoyed the hot tub and being so close to Pilot Butte. Tomi was helpful and responsive when we had a question about the WiFi. We would love to come back!

We loved this property. It was in a great area and we loved the neighborhood. The house was well equipped and very peaceful and great floor plan. The just was so helpful and responsive. Would recommend and will rent again.

Really enjoyed Dan's place. We have two dogs and they loved the large backyard, especially sniffing for the mule deer that liked to visit the apple tree in the front yard. The outdoor patio with hot tub and pergola was wonderful, inspiring some ideas for our own home when we return. Dan was very accessible and responsive, helping in any way and communicating when he was in the area. The location is great as well - very close to Tumalo and right near the Tumalo Creek Park, and a short drive from everything else in Bend. We'll be keeping this place mind and may have to visit again in the future!

I had a wonderful time at the carriage house. Margaret has put a lot of attention into the details to make this a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I could happily live there. Our hosts were delightful, accessible, and made us feel quite welcome. It was great to be at a location where we could park our car and walk to restaurants, Lithia Park, and the OSF. The garden was a treat and a delightful place to relax. I hope to be lucky enough to book it on my next visit to Ashland!

This place was absolutely wonderful! We had some mishaps with our car on the way and while we originally planned on checking in at 4pm, we couldn’t arrive until 10pm! Thankfully, Jane was AMAZING and very kind about the situation. Her warmth did not go unnoticed!! Although we got in late, we were able to enjoy the fire pit for a bit and sat out under the stars. It really helped with de-stressing from our chaotic day. We also tried making dinner.. but since we arrived when all the grocery stores were closed, we basically ate for survival since we were missing most of the ingredients for the lasagna we wanted to make haha! The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed - there was even a griddle plate on the stove!! We will use that next time! We are looking forward to coming back so we can enjoy all the amenities and land to the fullest. :) Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful sanctuary, Jane and Tom!

This has to be one of our very favorite Airbnb's that we have stayed in. One thoughtful touch is that every drawer, cabinet light switch was boldly labeled so that you didn't have to search for things in an unfamiliar way. The outdoor covered porch area was beautiful and the mattress so comfortable. A wonderfully equipped home. Thank you so much. Very nice host and hostess as well:)

Adorable and spotless clean home right near the new and fun shopping and eating options in Tumalo. Central to Sisters and Bend or Redmond sights but so quiet and fun walkable community away from the traffic. For me it was also close to Bend Equine for my horses special treatment. I loved working here, walking to delicious coffee and even a little local coffee. I didn't eat at the Bite this time but it is right across the street and has great choices I have enjoyed before. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Very clean, adorable, comfy cottage. Location is wonderful for a walk to downtown or Lithia Park. The area feels safe and nice.

Gail was so nice and responsive. Even when there was an unexpected problem with the fridge Gail came and fixed it immediately! The property was so peaceful and beautiful and we hope to stay again!

We had a peaceful time. Our niece got married on the property. We could easily walk to the big farm house and then walk back to the cottage. The beautiful bamboo blocks all the noise from the road and the guests at the other house. It is a lovely setting and very comfortable.

Christina’s cottage was even better than the photos! Everything was so beautiful and clean. She goes the extra mile for her guests and had the best little details that made our stay so special. From the farm eggs in the fridge, to the fresh baked loaf on the counter when we arrived, it really felt like home. She even left us homemade spaghetti sauce in the freezer and pasta noodles for an easy meal. It was defrosted within 30 minutes and we had a yummy dinner! The cottage was very quiet inside and we weren’t disturbed by any outside noises. We LOVED the fresh mowed pasture walk to the creek as well, really a gem!! We would 100% stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay while in the area for spring birding. Everything was as described and it was very clean and comfortable. Communications were very clear with no need to contact the owners. I loved that the daffodils and apple tree were in bloom when we arrived. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Great little house with a lovely backyard and walkable to tons of good spots in Bend. Hope we can come back in the winter and stay again!

I stayed in this beautiful little cottage for almost 4 months as a travel nurse. It is a great location!! There is a large hill next to the cottage that leads to the rest of downtown Klamath Falls. Several restaurants, shops, bars, and a billiards hall within walking distance. It’s across the street from Veterans Memorial Park, you can see Lake Ewauna and mountains from the cottage windows. It’s about a 6 min drive from the hospital. John is VERY responsive and helpful. He communicates everything and can expect a response within 2 hours or less. He is very friendly and a pleasure to interact with. The only complaint I had was the neighbors are rather noisy at all hours of the night and day.

Very convenient for what we needed it for; we were at an event over three days at Hayward Field and easily walked the 5 or six blocks to get there and not have to pay for parking! Perfect sized parking for two vehicles; two SUV’s

What a delightful peaceful place with a lovely garden outdoor space to enjoy! Don's place truly has everything you need. I can easily picture staying here for longer time and easily work from here. Kitchen is very well equipped but if you don't feel cooking within a short walk you will find many variety of great dining. Nice coffee shops are close by too:-) Definitely recommend Donald's place and hope to be back soon!

Great neighborhood in Railroad District. I was impressed how quiet it was given the proximity to downtown Ashland. Easy walking to the theater, Lithia Park, Ashland’s exceptional food coop, and many choice restaurants and bars. I would happily stay there again.
