10/10! Great location, peaceful and serene. Plenty for a couple of pre-teen boys to do, including pickleball, tennis, and bike riding. Great running and walking paths. We couldn't have asked for a better more affordable place for our family to feel at home while away from home!

We spent three nights (two families) and wished we could have stayed longer! We appreciated the two King en-suites for the adults and the Queen room for an adult child, as well as the kids bunk/play room over the garage. Everyone had their own space! Super comfortable and perfect for two to three families with kids. The house was just across the street from the pickleball/tennis courts and the pool/clubhouse and a 5 minute drive from the Village at Sunriver. The house had tons of “toys”and we used the canoe on the lake by the clubhouse. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group as was well appointed and the open concept worked well for our group. Thanks Eric for the great stay! We will stay again!

Highly recommend the Birch Abode. Nice quiet location, but still only a short bike ride or drive from the central village and pool. The house was well clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated the excellent kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this property so much! My family had the best time in Sunriver and we can’t wait to stay at this property again! The house was well stocked, immaculate, comfortable, and beautiful. We really enjoyed all of the bikes and the loft above the garage was an amazing bonus! Our favorite thing to do in the evening was to sit in the hot tub and stargaze. Susan was an amazing, responsive host. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this home—perfect for our family vacation with three of us and our dog. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location, close to fantastic restaurants and plenty of activities. We enjoyed the pool and watching movies on the large TV in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to unwind. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re already hoping to return next year!

Everything was great except for the queen and king beds- we found them to be extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again, especially if there were upgraded mattresses. Had everything we needed and the location was amazing!

Great place to stay when visiting Bend. A nice central location to start your adventures from. One of the better Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! It was clean and very accommodating. The river view and sound was lovely.

This is our favorite place to stay in Sunriver! For a family of 5 it’s plenty large while still having a cozy feel. We love the wood burning fireplace and take full advantage of the hot tub on cold nights. The house has everything you need plus some. The home is nicely decorated while still having an updated feel. Our kids love to fish so we especially love how close it’s located to the river. Also, if we ever have questions to host is quick to reply and is always super helpful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We've stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, and in fact have one of our own. Even so, Julee and Matt's place stood out as among the very top tier of all them all. Leading up to our stay, they answered our questions very clearly, quickly, and helpfully. Check-in was very easy. And the accomodations were simply superb. High quality furniture and accessories, comfortable bed, luxurious towels and washcloths, rooms were incredibly tidy and immaculately clean, spacious and uncluttered. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful and the area down by the river gorgeous with roses and Jasmine; beautiful and restful. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with all the small touches that made for a very livable, enjoyable stay - the fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, the extra "in case you forgot" baskets, the large amount of basic spices and kitchen things, the lovely snacks, and even the charging units! Felt like a home, not a soul-less rented room. Thank you!

Had a fantastic stay at Amanda's place. Everything was carefully labeled and it had everything we could think of. The beds were spacious and comfy and the house is close to everything! Would absolutely recommend or stay again.

10/10 in every category. Beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. Spotlessly clean. Ideal location in a serene neighborhood. Clearly evident that Senneh takes great pride in the property and the quality and ease of her guests stay. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book. Truly a wonderful base for exploring Bend and the surrounding area.

This was our second time staying at Mich’s place and we plan to continue coming back! Mich was responsive and easy to communicate with, she goes above and beyond to provide a seamless experience. The home is cozy, eclectic and has everything you need. It’s perfectly located near the PCT for hiking and close to Mt Ashland for easy mountain biking access. The property is gorgeous with lots of opportunities for wildlife viewing. We Would absolutely recommend!

McKenzy was an amazing host. Super responsive to MANY questions and super accommodating to our multigenerational group for our son's UO graduation. Beds were comfy and the home was comfortable. Loved the outdoor space. If we come back to Eugene we will be back. Highly recommend for a wonderful and peaceful stay. Thank you, McKenzy, for everything!!

The Tin Roof was a unique space that was. rugged and historic on the outside and well appointed, clean and charming on the inside. The property on the river is beautiful. My visit in Spring was very rewarding. This is a recommended stay for anyone!

Other than the house number on the street being hard to find in the dark, our stay was great! Everyone slept well in the comfy beds. The pool table was a hit. Nothing beats a hot dog roast! And all the little touches. My husband enjoyed some of the complementary items. Thank you so much!

This home is just beautiful and very spacious!! It is about 50 minutes to Crater Lake, but a beautiful drive and totally worth staying in this lovely home!!

Kelsey’s place felt like the golden age of Airbnb… if it kept evolving and got even better in 2025. Every detail was thoughtful and intentional. From wireless chargers on the nightstands to a monitor that doubles as a smart TV, nothing was overlooked. The space is beautiful, with huge windows offering incredible views, cozy furniture, and a fireplace framed in local stone that made it feel grounded and warm. She included things most hosts don’t: headlamps, a variety of laundry products, hampers in every closet, and even a portable vacuum to help us keep things tidy. The whole place felt generous, luxurious without being cold, and comfortable without feeling cluttered. It’s rare to stay somewhere this dialed in. Kelsey’s care and thoughtfulness reminded us what great hosting really looks like.

We stayed at this sweet little house on the Mackenzie River for 3 nights to attend my daughter’s graduation from UO. All local hotels were booked and airbnbs charged a fortune. Then I found this beautiful home, and I feel really lucky. Yes, it is a 45 minute drive from Eugene, but the location was beautiful and peaceful. The house was well stocked with everything you might need. It is located on the main highway, but once inside you hear the river not the car noise. I would definitely stay again. The deck, the yard, and the little beach were just what I needed after the hustle and bustle of graduation.

And absolutely beautiful location. Peaceful and serene and right next to the river. We saw a bald eagle and lots of geese. House was comfortable and well-stocked. Gina And Jay were very responsive when we had a question. Absolutely one of the nicest stays we’ve had in the Sunriver area!!!

The place had everything that we needed, the community was excellent, the neighborhood was lovely, and it was close to outdoor activities that we were excited about. The house was very nice with comfortable beds well maintained and well stocked.

I can't say enough good things about this place. It is probably the most outstanding place I've ever stayed in. every detail was so well thought out, down to the lighting, led candles, toiletries in the cabinet, soft toilet paper, blankets everywhere, fully stocked kitchen, variety of ice, magazines, books, and board games. there was even a guest garden. Toni and Mike were the sweetest hosts and even greeted us when we got there and let us feed the cows and pet the horses. the bed was huge, and I felt very safe because of the animals surrounding us. I've never bonded so well with a host, and can tell she poured so much love into this place. definitely book this place. it's a must stay. 💗

Great place to rest as we were passing through. Very comfortable and had nice decor. The parking was perfect as we had a trailer. Would definitely recommend!
