Both the Babelsberg Film Park and the district of the same name are interesting places to visit. With the S-Bahn, which is about a 15-minute walk away, you can be in Berlin in 25 minutes or in the center of Potsdam in 10 minutes. By car you can reach the highway within 5 minutes, but neither it nor the train can be heard at night.

The apartment is about 81 square meters, very bright and friendly, parking is on the property and also on the street. A large terrace, facing south, can be reached directly through the living room.
