This delightful lower level of the building is completely self contained and located in the small town of Inverkeithing. It is nestled on the side of a hill with views to the East out over the town to farmland, the Firth of Forth and Edinburgh. The accommodation is adjacent to a small wooded area which is home to a family of deer! The comfortable house has a homely sitting room (fire is decorative only) well appointed kitchen/dining room, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. It has a small enclosed garden.

My place is a spacious one bedroom flat on the ground floor, in a coastal town just under 40’ minutes from Edinburgh city centre by train or 45 minutes by bus. Ideal for those who enjoy walking coastal routes as the town has breathtaking views of the forth bridges. The town also has many restaurants, pubs, take away shops and supermarkets. My flat is ideal for those with a car exploring Scotland outside of the capital city or for those who like to mix the city life with the quiet countryside.

It’s designed to enjoy breathtaking views of the bridges and is situated on the Fife Coastal Path with its many beaches and woodlands. The Wee Glasshouse has features similar to our own house which was filmed for More 4’s ‘Building The Dream’. The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.
