The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

In the village there are 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, as well as 1 supermarket, which are reachable in a few minutes' walk. A hotel with restaurant, a doner snack and a good bourgeois inn are also reachable in a few minutes' walk.
