Great stay! Leam was informative and kind. Breakfast was great, dogs are cute. Property is rustic but isn’t that the point? :) the room itself was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed.

I stayed at Breezy Hill for two nights because I was in town for a wedding. Michelle and her staff were very kind and helpful! They offered rides, showed me around the place and served wonderful breakfasts perfectly on time. I recommend it highly!

Highlanders View is the full bed and breakfast experience! Leam was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The views are second to none, and the surrounding forest puts you right in the middle of the Catskills. The Tavern Room was perfect, with a clean, full bathroom, comfortable bed, living room area, and a large porch to take it all in. I would highly recommend and would love to come back!

Great overall experience, Carol was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Location was beautiful and home had lots of character.

We had a great stay at Leam and Patty’s beautiful AirBnB! We went for one night because we were attending a wedding nearby. Leam was very friendly and helpful, making sure we knew about all the cool stuff on their property. We brought our dog and he also had a great time exploring the area! We had an amazing breakfast in the morning with the other guests and enjoyed their homemade maple syrup on French toast! We wished we’d stayed for more nights and will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape and enjoy nature and organic living. Thanks Leam & Patty!!

The bed and breakfast was just what we were looking for while booking a romantic weekend getaway... it did not disappoint! Waking up to homemade breakfast, amazing location for winter mountain fun and some really incredible restaurants just a few minutes away! We are already plotting our return.

Wonderful stay at Carol’s historic home. I loved the vintage furniture and decor. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. A great retreat after skiing and delicious breakfast. Everyone was so friendly :)

Flerida and Michael were extremely warm and gracious hosts from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out. My fiancé and I were in town for an event nearby and this was a wonderful place for us to stay and enjoy the comfort of a big room with a comfortable bed, as well as a DELICIOUS breakfast in the morning! The hosts were always there to welcome us when we came "home" or left the house for the day/night, and offered us recommendations in town. They made us feel very much at home in their home, with a warm fire always lit and an easy "come and go as you please" policy. We are very thankful to have stayed with such kind and accommodating hosts for the weekend, and are still full from the breakfasts they made us each day!

Heidi goes above and beyond for her guests. Her home is warm and welcoming making you feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. we had the pleasure of meeting Heidi and it was such a pleasure getting to know her. She also gives great recommendations on where to go around town. We will definitely be coming back for another stay. Thank you Heidi, Randy, and of course their pup Satchmo for a wonderful stay. We are grateful you open your home to us all.

We felt so taken care of! With COVID, precautions are always critical, and Arianne and the crew were so accommodating, it felt almost like a dream. From arranging to make one of the empty guest rooms into a "private dining space" for my husband and myself to eat in alone the entire weekend, to offering us a bottle of wine when the local store was closed, to letting us join them for amazing turkey leftovers on a particularly snowy day, we could not have been better taken care of. Everything was perfect, clean, calm, and kind. Highly recommend! Thank you so very much!

Was in town for a wedding, and our time at Arts Inn was a highlight of the weekend! Each corner of the property has a quirky human touch, cultivating the inn's inviting charm. Both the common spaces and our room were quiet and cozy, very homey and nice to return to at the end of a busy day. We felt similarly at ease waking up in the mornings, starting the day at our own pace over a nice breakfast, which the owners, Heidi and Randy, kindly set out for us. Heidi and Randy are just lovely, friendly and thoughtful, giving you ample space while always remaining available if needed. All in all, the inn was the perfect choice for us. We wanted for nothing during our stay, and will definitely book again if in the area!
