Holiday rentals with a kayak in Delaware County

The trout brook house was a great place for our family trip. The description was accurate and we had a fun time. The only issue we had was with the grill being out of propane but Justin and Wendy were extremely responsive and it was address in less than an hour. the kayaks and canoe were so much fun. Unfortunately the fishing was not great but we had a great time regardless. We would certainly recommend staying at this house and might book it again.

Gisele's home in Fleischmanns was ideal for a quiet winter family weekend near Belleayre. The house was well-appointed, clean, spacious, comfortable, warm, and as described, and Gisele was extremely communicative and friendly. We hope to visit again.

Anthony’s place was great! The space was clean and exactly how the listing described it. Beautiful location on Silver Lake, and the baby goats were adorable :)

I rented to celebrate my sister’s birthday with our families. The house it was perfect for our three couples and one teen teenager. It had everything you could think of for an amazing stay. We barbecued dinner, made s’mores around the fire pit and spend time on the lake. It was a great time and can’t wait to go back. Marzena was a great host!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The panoramic scenic views were absolutely breathtaking! The house itself was clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The property is truly a dream. Acres of peaceful land with a serene pond and scenic hiking trails right outside the door. We even spotted some wild turkeys, which was such a fun surprise for the kids! Patti was so kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay special. She even left some local goodies in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. It was the perfect little getaway for our family and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Cozy interior, feels very relax, great for our family trip to Belleayre

A little piece of paradise on Earth. Beautiful view and access to the lake. Our group enjoyed the wildlife (aside from the goose poops) and lake activities including excellent success fishing and canoeing. Indoor days were still entertaining and relaxing. Mostly private, but close to a fast moving road. Kitchen had all necessary tools for preparing meals, and many other amenities were also available. Thought was given to the decorative aspects of this home, which was cozy and comfortable, making us feel at home!

The cottage was amazing: clean, solid construction, great water pressure and an overall beautiful home. We utilized the canoes, kayaks and paddle boards as well as the fire pit and gas grill. The beds were very comfy and there were plenty of blankets.

My husband, our dog, and I had such a great stay! Chloe really thought of all the little details that made the visit extra special. It was raining during our trip, and she even messaged to let us know there were umbrellas available—such a thoughtful touch! The cottage had all the essentials, including things you might forget to pack, which was super helpful. Check-in was easy and straightforward, and her instructions were clear and simple. The cottage itself is the cutest—cozy, charming, and full of character. We felt right at home. Highly recommend booking it!

Wesley’s place was great! This was probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Wes was a fantastic host. I appreciate all the attention to detail.

Lovely spot. Quiet and well-appointed with a vintage vibe. The lake is great for paddling/fishing. Its central location is perfect for trout fishing the many creeks and rivers in the area, and exploring the towns of Roscoe/Livingston Manor/Callicoon. Would recommend!

Oh man.... What can I say? First of all, this space is INCREDIBLE! Just absolutely breathtaking views, from a number of different vantage points throughout the cottage. Waking up in the morning (in the big bedroom), and not only seeing the lake first thing, but being able to open a sliding door to access the balcony was the BEST! Now, I will tell you, I have been coming to this lake since I was an infant. My family's ancestry traces back to this lake for 200+ years. My great grandfather built the cottage next door, as well as the white cottage down below it, on the neighboring shore. So, I've long appreciated everything about this lake and the people around it. I have a special tie to it that makes staying here THAT much more comforting. I have never rented from another cottage owner, so I was a little nervous about how it would feel but, I'm so glad my sibling and I pulled the trigger on this place! It was spotless and well decorated to boot! I will be coming back!

We had a good time on the Beaver Kill. It's a beautiful location and a short drive to both the West and East Branch of the Delaware rivers. Unfortunately, the water levels were way down due to a lack of rain which made the fishing on the Beaver Kill challenging but we did catch a couple on it and the flows were normal on both the Delawares. Good time!

We had a great weekend in Roscoe! The house was exactly as described. Beautiful views of the lake and very cozy inside. We weren't able to take advantage of the lake as much as we would have liked, but if the weather had cooperated, we would have loved to try out the kayaks or canoe.

This house was so much better than expected. The amenities are above and beyond. You can go fishing, theres boats you can take out into the pond, and there’s a disco ball that has lights shining onto it. It was the best weekend ever and I’m definitely booking the house again. The kitchen is also beautiful and has everything you need. When people say the house is better in person they aren’t lying. I also took my friends to Howe caverns which is only 30 minutes away from the house. Highly recommend the house!!!!!

Frank was easily the best host I’ve ever had for an AirBnB! Not only was the place hand-built by him which gave an extra charm, but he also went out of his way to accommodate us with our needs. If you want a spacious place to stay with a great host that provides great hospitality, this is the place!

We absolutely loved our time here! We loved how secluded and quiet the property was. There’s plenty of room to spread out and the house has everything you need to have relaxing evenings/dinners at home and it’s just a 15 minute drive to Livingston Manor for going out to eat. You also have access to Hunter Lake for swimming and kayaking (only a 5 minute walk) which was the perfect way to unwind and cool off after long days of hiking. Heather was also very responsive during check in and check out and we felt well taken care of.

Prime location with private lake access and hiking trails within 50 feet of the home. Leo’s property was perfect for our family fishing trip - northern pike, yellow perch, sunfish and catfish are in abundance. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. Kitchen space was an absolute hit - spacious and full of the best appliances and cookware. Truly felt that we took advantage of everything this hidden gem had to offer. Leo even offered late check out! This stay cannot be beat. Next time we head upstate we will be heading straight to Livingston Manor. Highly highly recommend.
