Cabin holiday rentals in Delaware County

We went for a quick weekend getaway with our two dogs and absolutely loved William and Liz’s home, we didn’t want to leave!! I loved the privacy, how peaceful it was, and of course the views! Our dogs enjoyed all the free space to run as well. We unfortunately had a lot of rain when we stayed, causing our tour of howes cavern to be canceled due to flash flooding. We were rescheduled which affected our check out time, but they were so sweet and offered us to check out whenever we liked and even offered us an extra night to stay! (We wish we could have). It was a wonderful weekend getaway and we all can’t wait to go back! :)

Super cute and intimate spot in the Catskills. Fully equipped cabin for a pleasant and relaxing stay in the mountains. The cabin is really clean. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere!

We love staying at this peaceful and idyllic cabin. The property is very well maintained and true in character to its beautiful surroundings. We love the log fire, the hot tub and the beautiful garden full of wildlife. The area has plenty to do including great farmers markets, distillery with pizza truck and lots of walking and much more.

If you’re looking for a cozy weekend away in the Catskills, this is the place!! Everything about Pamela and Alan’s cabin was absolutely perfect: the cleanliness, the amenities, their friendliness, the vast space, and bonus: the grill and hot tub. My partner and I loved every minute of our time spent at the cabin and truly made some great memories staying up here. I cannot recommend this place enough and thank Pamela and Alan for being incredible hosts!

We absolutely loved staying in this perfect cabin. It was so beautiful, smelled of cedar(!), and felt secluded and peaceful at the top of the hill. We spent a dreamy evening out in the backyard with a fire going, and an even dreamier night curled up on the couch with a record on when it started pouring rain! Everything was super clean and well-equipped. We had a small issue one morning when the toilet wasn’t flushing, but Lenny was super responsive and kind and had it fixed while we were out. We loved it here. Would stay again if we find ourselves back in the area!

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

A wonderfully relaxing place to stay. The hot tub and sauna are wonderful, as is the bedroom with the view of the mountains. We plan to come back soon.

This was our second time staying at Rashmi‘s property and it was just as great as we remembered. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to make dinner at home, the views were amazing and it was so nice to hang out by the fire pit at night. Our dogs loved the backyard and there was a great farm stand just down the road. Rashmi was super responsive and flexible. She is an awesome host and we hope to book another stay soon!

My husband, friends, and I are truly enamored with Jacob's place. The house is beautiful, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and inviting. We always have a wonderful time there. This was our third visit, and we can easily envision many more to come in the future.

A wonderful place to stay for the weekend. The hosts were very responsive and made us feel right at home. The cabin has comfortable beds and all the amenities you might need for a longer stay. Located in a private and peaceful setting. I highly recommend this place for others looking to check out the area!

This was our third stay at this beautiful home, and once again, it was perfect! The view is absolutely stunning, and the space is always clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Yannick's place was a fantastic place to stay in the Catskills! It's located in an ideal location close to hiking, breweries, restaurants, etc. The house itself is clean and well decorated and they provide pretty much everything you need. My only gripe would be that there is no microwave (however, this is noted in the listing, so it was not a surprise); while I don't mind heating things up the old school way on a stove, there are certain things that just heat better in a microwave. And if a microwave is not provided, at least have some better nonstick pans (they were a bit of a pain bc everything stuck to them). In addition, it was hard to actually get to the stream (I think things were just overgrown and maybe it needs a trim back). But the beds are SO comfortable and overall the property is very serene, especially driving over the little bridge to the house with the stream. I would definitly recommend the place to anyone. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at The Heron Cabin! This truly is a hidden gem—somehow even more beautiful and charming than the listing photos suggest. We were in the area for our son’s tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park, and our days were full. Coming back “home” to Laura’s cozy cabin each evening was the perfect way to unwind. The space is ideal for two and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Laura was incredibly kind and responsive to every question we had. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to simply relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. If it weren’t 10 hours from home, we’d absolutely return for a couple’s getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! The setting was perfect — total privacy with a peaceful brook right beside the cabin. It felt like our own little retreat. My wife and I loved the quiet and the chance to unwind, and the nearby hiking trails were a great bonus for some outdoor adventure. The cabin was comfortable and exactly as described. Evan was a great host, very responsive and helpful. My only small wish was for blackout blinds or some option to cover the windows—not for sleeping, since it naturally gets dark, but just for extra privacy. Overall, a fantastic getaway spot and we’d happily stay again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape and recharge!

Cannot express enough how much we love this place, our second stay with a big group of friends and this time in rainy weather but the house is perfect for snuggling inside whatever the season with the fire to keep warm and the windows and skylights for it still to feel light and bright! The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Can't wait to be back again soon!

We had a great week staying at the Blue Caboose. The property itself was the standout feature for us. It's secluded but accessible and we enjoyed many walks to the lush and serene lake/pond. It felt like a private bird sanctuary as we spotted a bald eagle, a family of geese and various smaller bird species courting daily among water lilies. The house was extremely cozy and had everything we needed for a 3 night stint. Definitely a great place to unwind and simply read books. The house is showing its age in places and may not have all of the amenities in the world but the total package seems incredibly reasonable for the price. The location near Roscoe and Livingston Manor are also huge pluses as you can get pretty much whatever provisions you need and there are many great hikes and swimming lakes in immediate proximity. Would happily return in the future.

We had a great long weekend at the house! The hosts were very communicative throughout the process and even left a sweet gift for me as I told them I was coming up to celebrate a birthday. The home was very clean and the space was very comfortable for two people and two dogs. Location was a plus, as the home itself was in a quiet area but conveniently located to good restaurants and shops. Everyone had a great stay and if given the opportunity, we would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home. The views from the dining and living room are quite breathtaking, the house was well stocked and comfortable, and the surrounding towns are full of amazing eateries. The lake (a very short walk down the road) was great too!

A wonderful log cabin home in a beautiful setting! Every part of this stay exceeded our expectations! Our host, Eric was personable and communicated well leading up to and during our stay. Deer and turkeys roamed the property and we saw plenty of both! A true retreat that we hope to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful stay in this secluded cabin. The property is full of history andwe absolutely enjoyed the mini hike to the abandoned mansion. The views from there were amazing. The house has very clear cut instructions in the unlikely event you cant reach the hosts. They were very responsive by the way and very close if needed. Cabin is hodden in the trees for privacy. Star view was great compared to the city. Great hosts, great stay.

I just finished my fourth stay at Anita and Scott's cabin in eight months. I’ve said it in every review, but I’ll say it again: the views are absolutely stunning—in any season and in any weather. Whereas some Airbnbs are just investment properties that have been furnished with cheap stuff from Amazon, this cabin is full of love, character, and soul. It’s also extremely comfortable and clean—I ate a blueberry after dropping it on the floor. I’m a writer, and I’ve been doing some of the best work of my life here. Anita and Scott are so thoughtful, helpful, and generous, and I can feel that they genuinely enjoy sharing their one-of-a-kind home with others. I’m so grateful for all they’ve done for me. There’s no reason to hesitate. Just book it—before I do. This place is the real deal.

Koya is such a beautiful and peaceful cabin to retreat to. Kiko was so helpful and quick with every response. We came into a thoughtful arrangement of goodies that welcomed us into the cabin. The views were breathtaking, the cabin was cozy. We brought food and had everything needed to where we didn’t have to leave at all. We felt at home. We will definitely return in the future.
