We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend retreat. It was the perfect getaway—peaceful, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommend!

We went for a quick weekend getaway with our two dogs and absolutely loved William and Liz’s home, we didn’t want to leave!! I loved the privacy, how peaceful it was, and of course the views! Our dogs enjoyed all the free space to run as well. We unfortunately had a lot of rain when we stayed, causing our tour of howes cavern to be canceled due to flash flooding. We were rescheduled which affected our check out time, but they were so sweet and offered us to check out whenever we liked and even offered us an extra night to stay! (We wish we could have). It was a wonderful weekend getaway and we all can’t wait to go back! :)

The location is great, beautiful location. The hot tub was wonderful and the pool table was enjoyed by all.

The best review we can give is that this was our third time returning to this amazing house for a winter escape. The house is stunning and abounds with character. Relaxing by the fire, cooking in the well-equipped and cozy kitchen, dining by candlelight. It’s a gorgeous old home that has been beautifully maintained and has all the creature comforts you’ll desire. The area is beautiful in any season, with several quaint towns close by with local shopping and ample dining options. Scott is also a responsive and generous host, though I doubt you’ll need anything at all! Go enjoy this beautiful home!

Actually, the photos of this place do not do it justice at all. This property is incredible! It was everything (and more!) of what we were looking for. A long holiday weekend very well spent in a clean, extremely well kept, and cozy place hidden in a beautiful forest. The hosts were top-notch! Incredibly helpful and super responsive. We would love to visit again!

This was our 2nd year staying at Helen’s and it was perfect again! The house is cozy but has a ton of space. We were 11 people this year and we all had our own beds and separate spaces. The house is clean and has many amenities, especially in the kitchen which is helpful when cooking for a crowd. Helen is super responsive and always friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait for year 3!

David & Tanya were absolutely wonderful hosts! My friends and I had an amazing time at their home! It was very clean, the amenities were plentiful, and only minutes from both Belleayre & Plattekill Mountain! We had such a great time, & if there were ever any questions/concerns, David was only a call away. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful & quaint stay in upstate NY!

Great house. When you pull up you have no idea the surprise waiting for you in the back. The house was about 15 minutes from All Star Village- it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of baseball. Each floor of the house has a deck off the back - and the view is spectacular. We kayaked, bbq'ed and swam in the lake. We can't wait to go back.

My husband, friends, and I are truly enamored with Jacob's place. The house is beautiful, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and inviting. We always have a wonderful time there. This was our third visit, and we can easily envision many more to come in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was neat, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was absolutely beautiful and check in and our procedures were very easy.

Jane’s Old Schoolhouse is awesome. Whimsical, relaxed, well equipped kitchen, loved all the little knooks to curl up with a book & cup of coffee or wine. Would love to enjoy the porches, however both visits offered us rain & cool weather. Great for doing puzzles & enjoying the wood stove.

Ivan's home was beautiful. The location on the lake was so quiet and peaceful. It was clean and it had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back again!

We had a lovely time at Blythe's place. The house was clean, cozy and so close to Bellayre mountain, which was perfect for our ski trip. Would definitely stay there again!

Karina’s place was perfect for our family getaway. The spacious home comfortably fit all five of us, and the kids especially loved the large backyard with a creek. The neighborhood was peaceful, with quiet neighbors, and we enjoyed easy access to nearby hiking trails and stunning natural surroundings.

Great place for our baseball family to stay and everyone had their own space within the house. Very spacious with great views. Nice place to get away to after spending long days at the ballfields. Very private with no outside interference. Home was clean and had everything need to cook up some great meals while there. Pool table was an added bonus for entertainment. Would recommend any baseball family to stay at this property to give them a break from the hustle a bustle at the ballfields. Can't think of anything that home did not have. The space was great for all of us to enjoy and easily accommodated all of us. May go back with other families next year just to stay at the house again even though I don't have a player on the field next year. Thanks for making our stay so easy.

We had a fantastic time at the cabin. Andres is a great communicator and was very helpful. The cabin was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the board games and the snowy garden and we found everything we needed to cook. The location is great, close to skiing and stores, but also quiet and picturesque in the woods. We would love to visit again in the future.

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

We had a great time staying here for my son’s baseball tournament a dreams park! Very quick to respond with any questions I had and very helpful! The house was my favorite part, old but beautiful we absolutely loved this house! We would stay her again for sure! The restaurants were so close, we loved having coffee at one of the local places every morning! Ten out of ten for my family and I!

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

Jeri was a fantastic host to my girlfriend and I! She was very friendly and responsive, and her loft was very cozy, clean, and spacious! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway to Delaware County!

We had such a great stay at Eugene’s place! The house was perfect for our group — spacious, comfortable, and full of fun things to do. We especially loved the private theatre, the hot tub, and especially the sauna — such a great touch! The volleyball net was a hit, and there were tons of games in the closet that kept us entertained. The kitchen was well-stocked and roomy enough for us to cook meals for our large group, and there were plenty of different areas to hang out in, everyone could find their own space to relax. The towels were plentiful (huge plus) and having access to the washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. Eugene was a fantastic host — super friendly, very responsive, and just really helpful all around. We also got to enjoy a few deer sightings right in the yard, which felt magical. We visited the nearby alpaca farm and did the Beer Mountain hike, which was a nice outing. All in all, a wonderful stay. Would absolutely come back. Thank you Eugene!

We were staying at this rental because our son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village for the week. We received quite a few notifications leading up, and even including an earlier check-in time. Everything that we needed was available to us, and we truly felt at home. Would definitely rent from them again if we end up coming up here again for one of our other sons. And the added pens, when we arrived where I hit with my younger boys. Thank you so much!

I stayed here for one night to celebrate my graduation and birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The place looks even better than the pictures! Every room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with more than enough room for everyone. The amenities were amazing and made the stay feel extra special. Nick, the host, was so nice and welcoming, and he was happy to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!
