Holiday rentals with lake access in Delaware County

We enjoyed staying at Isobella and Pierre’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Beautiful decor with lots of space to relax. Our dogs loved exploring the backyard and were very much at home inside. We appreciated the basket of doggy towels and dog shampoo; well used during our rainy stay. The only negative for us was the sulfur smell in the water (a natural phenomenon in the geological area). Beyond the home- Pierre’s dining recommendations did not disappoint!

Our stay at this beautiful cabin was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we booked, Inssaf was an incredible host—super nice, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire visit. The cabin itself is even more stunning than the photos. It’s a charming, cozy, and well-designed wooden retreat that feels like something out of a storybook. It has everything you need for a weekend getaway. One of our favorite features was the spacious outdoor deck—perfect for relaxing, enjoying the fresh air, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The property also includes a private pond where you can walk around—such a serene touch. Inside, the pellet stove added a warm and inviting feel that made the space extra cozy. It was easy to get to, yet felt incredibly secluded and private. Plus, the location is fantastic—just a short drive to Livingston Manor and Roscoe, where you can explore local shops, restaurants, breweries and more. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Stayed for a long weekend with our pup. The house was perfect, they thought of everything! Amazing lake view. 14 minute drive to town and just under 20 to the next town. Plenty of good food, drinks and shopping! Thank you Marzena for being an exceptional host!

Anna’s mountain house was the perfect weekend getaway. A group of 10 of us stayed very comfortably as a gathering of both adults and kids. The house was cozy with plenty of living and gathering spaces. Some of the highlights for us was going on nature walks on the beautiful property featuring a pond and a babbling brook that we could walk over on a boardwalk, the simple on/off gas fireplace made for wonderful heat and ambiance, well appointed kitchen was conducive to large group meals, and the furnishings throughout the house were so functional and so stylish. Anna herself couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful and responsive- going above and beyond to ensure our multi family weekend getaway went off without a hitch. We all agreed we will absolutely be returning. This location would be great during any season and we can’t wait to experience it during other times of the year as well. Thanks again Anna!

We had a great stay at Victoria's house. The pictures of the house are accurate and Victoria was a very responsive /helpful host. The land and particularly the stream are much more beautiful and expansive in person than we were expecting. Do yourself a favor and go explore the grounds. The setting is private, serene, and a great way to recharge your battery. I would highly recommend this property if you like the outdoors and wants to have a quiet and relaxing trip where you can reconnect with nature.

My family loved our stay in Stamford. Our family of 5 (including an 8 month old baby) were very comfortable and cozy here! My husband and I are upstate natives, so we knew what to expect from the area. Nicole was very helpful and communicative. Even after we had an issue arise, she coordinated and problem solved very efficiently. We would definitely visit again!

Peter’s place was fantastic, from start to end. Located on a gorgeous lake, the home itself was cozy, one of the best stocked homes we’ve stayed in, and pristine. There were so many games in the basement, plenty of kayaks for use, and basically everything we could have needed. The home is also updated and newly renovated, which also enhanced our stay. Peter was great to communicate with, and we would recommend staying at his home without hesitation. Already planning when we can return!

We stayed at Emily’s place for 1 night for my son’s Graduation but it was perfect. She was very helpful and nice. Every time I had a question she was quick to reply.

My wife and I stayed here last year for the first time and we came back again this year because we really liked this place. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome. The place was clean and well kept and the 3 bedrooms gave us more than enough space for our needs. They even let our cat stay here which most places won't allow. We really liked the location, the park like property, and being within walking distance to the town pool and the local deli. Thank you again Mustafa and Olena for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place to stay and had an EV charger.

Francine and Vince were wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and provided many suggestions for local places to visit. The location was perfect for us since we were in town to watch our son play baseball. We were close to both All-Star Village and Dreams, which was perfect. The lake was also beautiful. My husband and I had a great time during our stay.

Paul is the best host I have ever communicated with through Airbnb. He is extremely responsive and keeps a very clean place. Will be staying here for years to come.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was very clean and updated and the rooms all stayed cool even when hot out. Beds were very comfortable. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great week!

My wife and I stayed at Philp’s place for an evening away. We really enjoy Delaware County and had been many times in the past, but never stayed in Delancey. Philp’s Carriage House is a wonderful retreat, especially if you are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Expansive grounds to wander with a pond for a quick dip to cool off and a great hammock set up to relax afterwards. We did not take advantage of the riding that is also offered, but that’s just another reason to stay here if it interests you. The carriage house apt is just as advertised in the pictures: clean, comfortable and plenty of space to relax with a full kitchen. Philip was very responsive and friendly making us feel right at home. He even removed our drying towels from the clothing line for us as there was a threat of rain/thunderstorms! Would definitely stay here again and couldn’t recommend the place enough. Thanks for a wonderful stay Philip!

Overall stay was wonderful! Kayaks, hot tub, grill, and fire pit were all great aspects of the stay! Great location for all the area has to offer!

The cottage was amazing: clean, solid construction, great water pressure and an overall beautiful home. We utilized the canoes, kayaks and paddle boards as well as the fire pit and gas grill. The beds were very comfy and there were plenty of blankets.

A beautiful get away from New York City! Chloe is wonderful host who has provided all the things you need for a comfortable stay. She was proactive in her communication and very responsive to all of our questions. My family and I were looking to get away for a couple of days to relax and this house was a perfect place to do it. It was easy to get to and is located right across from a lake. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

We were looking g for a place for our family of seven while our son did ASV for Cooperstown. This house was perfect to either All Star Village or Dreams Park. There were cute little amenities and the hosts went above and beyond for the little touches they had at the house. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Felt right at home. Air in each room was cold and had its own remote. Great outdoor space and use of games and fishing poles. I will recommending to all my baseball friends who are coming for the tournament.

Absolutely loved our stay! We were looking for quiet, peaceful, and lots of R&R. Bruce was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Highly recommended!!!

A great place to stay for a family reunion over the weekend. The rainy weather did not deter us from hiking frick pond and around the mongaup pond region. The birdhouse was as advertised, cozy and comfortable.

The Pond House is 100% worth the hype. The cottage is beautiful and tastefully decorated, perfectly matching the surroundings. The property is enchanting and driving anywhere in an hour radius you get crazy views and rolling hills. The farm tour is an absolute must, Denise was incredible to learn from and we met so many cute animals. The nearby town of Delhi is super cute and fun to explore. Be aware that the kitchen is rather small and only has an outdoor sink so probably best for short trips with few people but I hear they’re renovating for august. Andrea is also very nice we met in town. Great stay!
