Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Dénia

The apartment was in a great location, nice and clean but because there is four towers with the same name the taxi driver got confused dropping us off at the correct one but the host was great and directed us ASAP when we got lost

This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Prachtig huis waar we hebben genoten van het heerlijke zwembad en de mooie inrichting. We vonden de verschillende terrassen bij het zwembad en bij het huis heel fijn en sfeervol ingericht. We misten een gootsteen stopper en een parasol bij het zwembad. Dit werd meteen geregeld toen we hiernaar vroegen. Heel fijn. Het uitzicht bij het huis net als de omgeving is echt prachtig. Veel mogelijkheden om te wandelen. We komen graag een keer terug.

El apartamento está genial. Muy limpio, buena ubicación y unas vistas espectaculares. Nuestra estancia allí ha sido inmejorable, nos hemos sentido como en casa desde el primer momento. No ha faltado detalle ni para nosotros, ni para nuestra perrita Mía. Los anfitriones muy atentos y serviciales. Sin duda alguna, repetiremos!!! 😊

El piso es perfecto para una escapadita a la playa. Las vistas son inmejorables y el piso es cómodo. Nos gustó el detalle del secador con difusor, de los productos para el baño y el detergente disponible para usar la lavadora. Nuestros anfitriones han sido súper agradables, siempre han estado atentos y nos han contestado casi inmediatamente. Hay una playita super cerca además que puedes hacer una ruta por los pueblos de la zona ya que está cerquita de todo. Muy recomendable.

Résidence très propre et bien entretenue, calme à cette saison

Wir haben 9 Tage in der tollen Wohnung von Luis verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und sonnigen sowie schattigen Plätzen. Luis selber ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat und uns neben tollen Restaurant Tips auch gleich Tische reserviert hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Una casa preciosa, super cómoda y super bien equipada. Muy amables las dueñas! Sin duda repetiremos!!

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

This lovely place is located in the serene foothills of the Montgó mountain. We enjoyed views of the mountain from the couch and the rooftop terrace. The peace was palpable. Elisa accepted a last minute same-day check in and gave us clear instructions to enter the property. She was available for anything we needed. This apartment is located just removed enough from the bustle of the city center, but close enough to access all amenities in minutes. We loved visiting organic cafe Con Alma, walking the lovely Paseo, having pizza at Casa Papat, getting organic groceries at Herbolario Navarro on the Paseo. The beach is very close by. Stars are beautifully visible at night. During the day we enjoyed eating meals in the private, lovely outdoor terrace area. Elisa accommodated our toddler and our two cats during our stay. My husband adored this apartment for all the reasons mentioned and more and would have loved to stay longer. Would visit and stay here again. Highly recommend.

Muy buena estadía, casita súper acogedora y completa para pasar días de relax y desconectar de la ciudad. Todo en un solo lugar.

Had a great time at Lora’s house! We stayed over a month and it was a really nice place to stay for a longer period. The house is located on a hill, which is a climb to walk to from the beach/Harbour, but then again the view from the spacious terrace is amazing! I really recommend this accommodation, also the communication with Lora was great!

Fabian ha sido un anfitrion excelente, muy atento. El apartamento es muy comodo, limpio, la piscina de la urbanizacion es genial y esta cerca de muchos servicios. Repetiremos sin duda.

We hebben een leuke en goede vakantie gehad met 2 gezinnen met 4 kinderen.

Es ist eine nette kleine Unterkunft am Rande von Dénia. Man ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto beim nächsten Lidl und consum, aber auch noch ein Stück später am Hafen. Zu Fuß ist es etwas weit und steil. Aber dafür hat man seine Ruhe am Haus, kein Verkehr und auch eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Das Grundstück ist groß, so dass sich die kleinen austoben können. Der Pool und Whirlpool sind auch einwandfrei. Unschlagbar ist die Aufteilung. Es gibt eine Hauptwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Nebenwohnung die ebenfalls über ein separates Bad verfügt. Einfach genial. Für uns war es prima! In der Küche ist soweit alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ggf sogar Schachteln, um übriges Essen aufzubewahren. Brauchten wir nicht, war aber vorhanden und das war klasse. Viele Töpfe und Pfannen. Eines war nicht ganz so gut, aber nicht schlimm. Nur ein Messer war scharf. Zum schneiden von Tomaten etwas ungeschickt aber dafür hab ich dann die Steakmesser genutzt. :) Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

An amazing host — incredibly flexible and accommodating. She let us check in late and even allowed a late check-out, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, with super quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation itself was beautiful — even better than the photos, which really don’t do it justice! Altea is a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made it even more special. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic to wake up with such a beautiful view every morning. You look directly at the beautiful mountain ‘Montgo’. What a lovely house, cozy but at the same time you’ve got all the space. We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage has all the necessary facilities, as an bonus; mega fast and stable internet! The communication with Martha was great, she is very helpful. We definitely recommend this place!

El apartamento es como en las fotos. Muy limpio y tiene de todo. La urbanización es súper tranquila y muy cuidada. La ubicación es estupenda, al lado de Consum y con la playa al final de la calle. La comunicación con Concepción muy fluida. Totalmente recomendable!

Gran terraza, acompañada de increíbles vistas al mar y un apartamento acogedor y confortable que te hace sentirte como en casa. Hemos pasado una bonita semana en Altea, gracias a la amabilidad, acogida y recomendaciones de Rubén. Sin duda repetiremos, el apartamento es de diez! Gracias!

Estuvimos un mes completo en el apartamento y nos encontramos muy a gusto. La playa está a 1 min a pie, literalmente pegada, y la piscina está genial. Lo mejor de la casa es la amplia terraza, donde puedes hacer vida. Jesus estuvo muy atento desde el primer día y nos dio buenas recomendaciones de donde comer y qué lugares visitar. La zona es muy tranquila, quizá demasiado. Cerca del apartamento hay muy buenos restaurantes, eso sí, tendrás que coger el coche o dar una buena caminata por el carril bici. Valoramos muy bien nuestra estancia y la tendremos en cuenta por si repetimos viaje a la zona.

Estuvimos genial en casa de Pablo, muy comunicativo, siempre pendiente de cada detalle. La ubicación es genial, ya que estás a 5 min andando de una playa fantástica, sin apenas gente y con actividades de vela, zona muy tranquila, supermercados y servicios de restauración cerca, el bar Mistral de camino a la playa sobre las 7 abre, buen café y gente maja. Si quieres moverte a Gandia, Dénia, Jávea, etc. es un paseo en coche. Recomiendo la casa de Pablo, sobretodo si vas buscando tranquilidad, desconexión, playa y restauración, un 10.

Fantastic communicatin. Helpful and responsive. If you want a good space with excellent views and near the beach, this is ideal. We had very good communication, friendly and responsive. If you want a good living space, near the beach and good eating places, close to Benidorm, 10-15 min away in Taxi, you could not get better. Very highly recomend,for your holiday base
