Our stay at this beach Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location was great, just a short walk to the beach, and the lake views from the balconies were wonderful. The place itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for the ultimate beach escape!

We had a wonderful double-couple trip here. The hostess is very sweet and is quick to respond. The place is private, right across the street from the beach(not even a minute walk), and has plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The house had all amenities described and was super clean. We felt right at home, and this has been our best vacation so far. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Susan was a wonderful host—proactive, detailed, and kind. The place was perfect for a peaceful getaway, complete with a private beach and all the comforts of home. If you’re looking for relaxation in a beautiful, quiet setting, this is it. We highly recommend this spot and definitely plan to return!

We spent the entire month of February at this convenient 2nd floor townhouse. It had everything that the 2 of us needed. The location is perfect, 1/2 walkable mile to the beach. There’s plenty of parking in this safe development. Although Destin is a great city to explore with lots to do, the unit is half way between Panama City Beach and Pensacola Beach. There was always open communication with the owner, although after arrival, we found everything to be in order and user friendly. Great place for a great price, 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed at this apartment and honestly, it was perfect. The location couldn’t be better — just a straight 2-minute walk to the beach, and shops and restaurants are all super close. The apartment itself was really comfortable. One thing I appreciated the most was how great the sleeping setup was. In Florida, it’s either too hot or freezing from the AC, but here everything felt just right. The ceiling fans in every room were a great touch — made the whole place feel fresh and breezy. The design of the apartment was really nice, cozy but modern. We were a group of four, including a 4-year-old, and it felt super safe and comfortable for all of us. The pool was also great — not crowded at all, even in June. Lots of parking available and super easy access from the garage to the elevator. Would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be booking again next time!

My husband and I came here for a beach birthday trip. Destin did not disappoint! We loved how close it was to the beach. You just cross the road and enter through a pedestrian gate. The host, Henry, was communicative from the time of booking all the way throughout our stay. He gave detailed instructions for check-in and out. The complex is big but easy to navigate since the host provides a map. We felt very safe here due to the security measures at the complex entrance. The apartment is perfect for a couple. I really enjoyed the cute beach decor. I’m sure we will be back and recommend others to stay here!

Monica’s place was as described. Building and parking lot can be a bit confusing to navigate but that’s to no fault of the place. Beach space is easy to access but not much space unless you plan on paying the crazy prices for an umbrella and chair usage that they make sure create a wall between you and the beach (again, no fault of the rental) pool is heated and nice with hot tub on one side which we spent some good time in. Had live music at the outside pavilion one night we were there. It is at the end of a quiet road so getting in and out isn’t too difficult. The condo itself was clean, and well supplied. The bedroom windows open up to the public hallway outside the room and not much light gets down anyways so the bedroom stays very dark all day. The balcony was nice to sit on and relax. Bed is very firm memory foam and pillows could use replacing as they are quite flat. AC works good.

This was our 3rd trip to stay at Piper Cove and it was the best so far out of the 3 years. Traveling with 4 kids can be challenging for a mom to remember to pack everything. Grant was super responsive and accommodating. I loved that Theresa the local property manager was very quick and helpful to bringing the complimentary beach towels that came with the rental & even cooking pots for me to use for a big family dinner. This was my 3rd annual vacation with my 2 cousins and their families. It was nice to have big thick beach towels to use as well as the free beach chairs and umbrellas service on the beach. We were a family of 6 and had a comfortable stay in this condo. We had plenty of bath towels/ soft toilet paper/ dish soap/ shampoo/ even body wash. The unit had plenty of big trash bags. We walked to Target down the road (1 mile there and back). There is also a Mcdonald’s that shares the parking lot with Target. This property is a great location!

Our vacation in Destin was exceptional. The condo was amazing and comfortable. It was so nice being on the first floor and to have the ability to just walk out and get to the ocean in just a few steps. The pool looked lovely as well and is adjacent to the apartment. We are beach people so never made it to the pool though. Thanks for the hospitality!

Had a good time, place was clean and looked like the photos. Located across the road from the beach but was able to find parking and within a close distant of restaurants!

Piotr’s place was lovely- it had everything one could need on vacation! We loved the proximity to everything. We have a young toddler and the different pool options were a hit as they weren’t too deep and helped her build her confidence. Hubs and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony at night!

My family and I had a perfect week at Melissa’s place. So convenient and easy for my kids and I to go to the pools and beach every day. Very clean, safe, and kitchen had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Amazing place and location! It has everything that you will ever need. Great for families and everything was super smooth. Jody is very responsive, you are in good hands. Beach is across the street, very convenient. Nice view of the gulf on the patio to relax. The free beach chairs and umbrella helped! Pool was nice. Would definitely stay again!

We had the best time staying at 1136 Sandpiper Cove! The condo was super cute and felt so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we especially loved having a full-size crockpot. It made dinners easy after a day at the beach. The beds were really comfy, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. The washer and dryer were super convenient, too. The beach closet was such a nice! Chairs, umbrellas, and toys were all there, which made our beach days a breeze. The location right on the beach was amazing, and we loved relaxing on the back deck. It was the perfect spot to unwind. Kim, the host, was super responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. And the highlight for my kids? They found 11 shark teeth just a few steps away from the beach access! Definitely a memory we’ll all treasure. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time staying at this location, and we would absolutely book this unit again. Everything was clean and the location to the beach and great restaurants was perfect. We loved having the bikes to ride to the beach, and to nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Rocky was very responsive. My family of 4 had one of the best times while staying in the condo. The view was great, the AC was cold, the king size bed was so comfortable felt like my bed at home, was able to cook while we were there instead of spending $ on eating out every-time. Was able to keep up with the laundry without having to track all the way downstairs. We will 1000% be back. I will move dates around just to make sure we stay here anytime we are in Florida!

We had a great stay in Destin at Solanyis’s condo! She was very responsive and answered any questions I had right away. The only cons we had was that the balcony door was VERY hard to open and close so we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy it during our stay like we normally would have and it is a long walk from the parking garage to the room. My elderly mother went with us and she couldn’t do all the walking so we had to pick her up at the lobby whenever we went somewhere. Condo had everything we needed, extra necessities which was nice! It was a great location by a lot of good restaurants and the shuttle bus was nice for the beach.
