Unit has fully functional kitchen and wifi included. Master bedroom beach/sunset views! Sleeps 4 adults with use of sofa bed in living area and additional cot-sized bunkbeds.

Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge. Cozy private guest suite. 9 min VPS Airport ,5 min Eglin AFB. Beaches: Okaloosa Island 5.7 mi, Destin: 12 mi. The suite has a microwave and a mini fridge with freezer (no kitchen). Located in a nice neighborhood. With self check-in. Valid ID (with a photo) of both guests staying in order to get the code. Water+coffee are courtesy.
