The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Wir (Armin(68), Heidi (62) und Waltraud (85) wohnen in einem 2-Familienhaus m. 50 qm Dachwohnung in einem Stadtteil von Bielefeld und doch sehr zentral. Bäcker, Zahnarzt, Restaurant, Eisdiele, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, Schuhpark und ein großer Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem "Bus" seid ihr in 17 Minuten in der City am Bahnhof am Boulevard mit seinen Kinos, Kneipen und Restaurants. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn ist sehr gut (ca. 7 Min.). Ein kostenloser Gästeparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine (Tchibo Cafissimo- zB. Aldi Pads), Kühlschrank uvm. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Föhn sind vorhanden. Zudem gibt es einen kostenlosen Gemeinschaftspool und eine Sauna (1€ je 20 Min.).

Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Guest suite with a bathroom in the nature, Sande am Lippesee

🌻Please read all information before booking!🌻 Hello and welcome to our beautiful farm surrounded by nature☺️! Perfect to come to peace or make excursions to the Paderborn surroundings. The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Apartment in the countryside

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Das Atelier

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. On 70sqm with a large sunny south-facing balcony and a view of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it right in front of the door. The Westfalentherme spa with sauna area and swimming pool is a 6-minute walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!
