Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Devon

We had a wonderful short break as a family of 4 - children age 12 and 15. They loved the pool and was bigger than we thought it was going to be. The property is very well equipped and in an ideal location to explore the area. The view from the property is amazing and caught a wonderful sunset! The host was really responsive when we had a query. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anne’s apartment, with its stunning views and excellent facilities. No complaints at all, apart from the fact that I’m going to miss that view terribly! Dartmouth itself is fabulous and the position of the apartment is perfect, close to all amenities. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

This was my 2nd time staying at Zaneta's apartment and did not disappoint again. The apartment is beautiful and in a stunning location. Zaneta was very responsive to messages and answered all questions quickly. I will definitely stay again on my next visit - hopefully, it will be available!

Stayed for a month whilst working away a lovely place with lots to do. Accommodation was perfect clean and comfortable host was great 5 stars all round amazing value would highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at John and Kate’s property. It’s a great location, just a short walk into the town and harbour. We had 6 adults and a baby and there was plenty of room, we even managed to fit 3 cars on the drive which was great as many other properties we looked at didn’t have any parking at all. The house was clean with comfy beds and a nice big dining table we enjoyed meals and socialising around. We enjoyed the games room, the only downside is we all now want our own arcade machine! Communication with the hosts was great from the start with check in made really easy. We would definitely stay again and recommended to others. Thanks!

Perfect place. Our group of 12 included a 9 month old and grandparents and this house accommodated all... Such a gorgeous house that looks genuinely better than the photos. All 6 bedrooms were comfy, every room in the house beautifully done and the garden great for all. The kids loved the cinema and games room. House very spacious and would definitely come back! Easy 10 minute drive to Lyme Regis and Seaton in a very quiet area.

Lovely old house, beautifully restored and stylishly decorated. Very pleasant vibe with piano and guitar available to tinker on. Winner Street has loads of character, and it’s an easy walk to the town centre, the harbour and the local beach. A number of charming coves can be reached by a pleasant walk along the coast path, or a short drive away. In summary, a beautiful house, a very nice location and a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s beautiful home. There’s no better place to watch the world go by in Fowey harbor. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with plenty of spaces for our family of 5 to enjoy being together and apart. Sara was welcoming and responsive host. Thanks for a magical 6 days.

Golden meadow is an amazing house with a stunning view. Every bedroom had a see view. The cinema room was so good for the children and kept them entertained. The house was clean and well presented. Phil the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

Cath and Mike were great hosts! Very friendly and chatty. Happy to respond to any queries and gave us full reign of the amenities. Their place is beautiful and the annex is lovely. Scenery is amazing and peaceful. The annex itself was clean, everything worked as it should, nice hot shower and a comfy bed. It definitely helps to have a car as there isn’t too much within walking distance, but great if you want escape for a few days! We visited the nearby spa for an afternoon and even took a trip to Cheddar gorge, but Cath and Mike were always quick to respond for any recommendations as well. Thank you both we had a lovely time!

The house was perfect! Beautifully located with lots of space for our doggie who was living his best life in Devon! Saffron and Shelby were absolutely brilliant with him, and we had the top garden if we wanted to keep him from storming all over the place. Lots of great recommendations for pubs, restaurants, days out with the dog… I have become a newly established bird watcher, such was the amazing variety of birds, and the dark skies during a Supermoon was an unbelievable treat. Loved the fire-pit evenings we had - what more can you ask for? A fabulous family holiday, made all the more so by our great hosts. Wholeheartedly recommend.

How about this….. Staying at The Chantry is a very special experience. So unique, it’s a real joy waking up in the four poster bed and opening the shutters to let the sun shine through the huge stained glass windows. It manages to be both cosy and atmospheric and the acoustics are wonderful for singing or playing the lovely grand piano. We really enjoyed the cinema experience with the projector and stoking up the wood-burner on chilly nights. Nick and Jo were so friendly and helpful. We definitely intend to come back again in the summer!
