Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Beautiful renovated apartment with all the amenities we needed and in a great location! We were 100% satisfied with the accommodation and would come back anytime and can only warmly recommend it. Contact with Karin was also very friendly and accommodating. We were cycling! The accommodation is perfect for this, as it's easily and quickly accessible from the Danube Cycle Path and there's a private, locked room for the bikes. The roof terrace is a perfect place to relax after a long bike ride along the river! It was really nice to be in the heart of Linz, and at the same time being surrounded by greenery and absolutely quiet.

We arrived late, yet we were received very kindly. For the safety of our little baby, the owner made a grid with his own hands so that he could not fall from the floor/stairs. The next morning, a bowl of fresh organic strawberries was placed in front of our door for our little girl, which was sweet. Beautiful accommodation, environment, furnishings, everything. They thought of everything, we lacked nothing. We wanted to stay there for the return trip, but unfortunately we were not allowed at that time. Next time we go there, we'll go there without question. Thank you for everything! We wish you much success!

A recommended choice! Johannes was a very accommodating host from booking to departure:) Super central location (a few steps are to be climbed to get to the destination and the Ölberggasse is a little hidden) Super equipment especially the kitchen, 2 bathrooms including toilet, which is always an advantage for several travelers together, for the 16-month-old granddaughter we were provided with a cot.

The room was very cozy and the hosts were totally nice and friendly. In the morning, I was always greeted nicely by the cats and could have breakfast on the balcony. A highlight was the cooling option in the pool. All in all, a great stay!
