Equipped with healthy and ecological materials, it is located on the ground floor in a country house and yet in the middle of the district town: only a 10-minute walk from the train station, with restaurants and cafés in the vicinity. Thanks to the well-equipped kitchen and the terrace in the countryside, an evening "at home" is also really fun.

Ein Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelboxspringbrett 180x200 und das andere Zimmer mit zwei Betten 120x200 ausgestattet. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren und Ausflüge. Zwei Zimmer, große Loggia, Küche Parkplatz

Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand . Zum Haus gehört ein großer Garten mit Gartenteich. Wir bieten eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon zum Garten, ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, beide Zimmer sind mit TV ,ausgestattet, ein Bad und eine große Loggia. Hier laden gemütliche Sitzplätze und eine Hängematte zum Entspannen ein. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür Innradweg ,und Erholungsgebiet unterer Inn in der Nähe. Übernachtungspreis bezieht sich auf zwei Personen.

Genieße eine liebevolle Auszeit in dieser zentrumsnahen Unterkunft mit Balkon und Garage. Gleich nebenan wartet ein Supermarkt der fußläufig schnell erreichbar ist. Ein gemütlicher Platz um zur Ruhe zu kommen oder um Ausflüge zu starten... Wir haben uns Mühe gegeben die Wohnung stilvoll, gemütlich aber auch modern und praktisch zu gestalten. Die Bettwäsche wird mit Sensitiv-Waschmittel gewaschen, d.h. ist in der Regel für den Allergiker gut geeignet. Wir freuen uns auf dich / euch.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The spacious glazing creates the connection between inside and outside. To the north, the view from the kitchen to the Bavarian Forest is impressive.
