I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Family-friendly apartments in Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. Ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, bicycles, toys, table tennis, foosball, and an outdoor play area are available. There is a spacious kitchen-living room , 1 bedroom and daylight bathroom with corner bath and balcony with seating. "Digital Detox" is our top priority (conscious waiver of wifi). The apartment has a LAN connection. A car parking is just in front of the house. A public playground is right across the property. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and animal-free.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

Right in the middle and yet quiet. Our room with private bathroom has a separate entrance with a key safe. You can take your bike with you and there are floor sockets to charge your e-bike. We would like to offer a friendly oasis to relax for solo travelers. Can also be booked for just one night.
