The apartment with a spacious balcony was newly built in 2018 in the center of the village, is accessible by elevator and is located on the upper floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There are also 2 sofa beds in the living/dining area. We provide towels and bed linens for your stay. The car can be parked in the carport next to the house. For bicycles, there is a separate lockable storage room.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

The apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house in an idyllic area on the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal. A furnished small balcony is part of the property. The large garden with barbecue and fireplace can be used by arrangement. We are always available to listen to your questions and concerns.

Right in the middle and yet quiet. Our room with private bathroom has a separate entrance with a key safe. You can take your bike with you and there are floor sockets to charge your e-bike. We would like to offer a friendly oasis to relax for solo travelers. Can also be booked for just one night.
